I felt unlimited cleaning for a year, 11$ a month, was well worth it, so I became a member. Since then the price has gone up :/ :( This location has friendly threaders (is that their job description?) 2 girls in particular do an excellent job on my brows, they know exactly what my eyebrows need just by looking at them! Once 1 of the girls noticed my previous visit took too much off (how did she know!?) They are GOOD that's why. They don't strike up a conversation is why I don't know exactly the days my 2 favorite girls work. No frills, especially compared to getting an eyebrow wax at Benefit, which is always my #1 go to. But for a quick fix during my lunch hour, this met my expectations.

The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience.
