I love this salon and only because of the lovely Veronica Rubio! I've been going to her for about a year now and she never disappoints. She has done purple hair on me in the past (which I LOVED)! She is not afraid to try new things and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. All I have to do is show her a pic and she will deliver. She is also extremely thorough and won't let you leave until you, and she, are extremely satisfied with the outcome. She's also very affordable and will work with your budget. I'm so obsessed I cannot say enough! The salon itself is also nice. It's always clean and pleasant to be in. The other hair stylists are nice and the vibe is just very positive. Which helps because there have been times I have been here for HOURS and it's nice when the environment is positive and happy. Parking is really easy - it's a shopping center with plenty of parking. Everyone here is very rude. I walked in asking a few questions about highlights. No one could even give me an answer on pricing. I went in to this salon to buy my grandmother a gift certificate, as she is a long time customer, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When she asked who the gift certificate was for, I told her, and instead of asking me how to spell the name, she just wrote it out. Of course it was wrong, so she tried to fix it but it didn't look nice enough to give it as a gift. So, when I asked her to write out a new certificate, she was very rude and rolled her eyes. She didn't thank me for my purchase or coming in as I left the counter and walked out. During the purchase process, another employee approached the merchandise area and she made conversation with her (mind you she was behind me) and stated something along the lines of "are they giving you shit back there?" Her language and the way she carried herself with me, the customer, was highly unprofessional. read more

I.should note that I didn't get any of the services done because my experience on the phone was so bizarre. I called to ask about services and availability and basically got stuck in the middle of a three way conversation at a loud volume where the "secretary" would say, "i don't know, let me ask" and then would shout the question to somebody across the salon. I was also told that the price of a manicure varied by STYLIST, and not by service. Really strange. If I can't even get good service when I call there's no way I'm going to try it in person. I come to this salon to have my nails done. Lennie is the technician who does my nails. I have to say for having had my nails done (acrylics) for almost 30 years , This woman nows her stuff. They are always beautiful, they last, which is always an issue and I always get compliments on her work. Lennie will not only give you the perfect set of manicured nails but if you like artwork on your nails..she won't let you down here either. Lennie is one of a kind, and is always heavily booked. Lennie is not the cheapest technician, but you get what you pay for and her work is EXCELLENT ! The salon its self is nice and all the other employees are very nice as well. Patricia Wilson has been my stylist for years. Always get compliments on my hair and many of my friends have chosen Patricia from seeing what a great job she does for me. I follow her advice because she knows what's right for me. She's also very sweet. Such a sweet voice and manner. Her assistants over the years are also wonderful. Here current assistant, Krista, is just a doll and always makes me ready to go out on the town. She's taught me a lot about blow-drying my own hair so I can give my self almost "salon quality" styling. Patricia also recommends products that have truly been helpful, never pushing the salon's brands if they're not right for me, but giving me genuinely good advice. Tracy at Salon Chante Spa did my daughter's spray tan for prom and she was so conscientious and careful. She really just wants the color to be perfect, and I have to say that the tan held up nicely! She convinced us to let her apply the make-up the day of the prom. I was planning to just do it myself, but I am so glad I took her suggestion!! She did just a beautiful job!! The foundation was flawless and the eyes were stunning! I had her put on false eyelashes and they were just so natural looking! I highly recommend Tracy. I would like to commend one of the manicurists at this salon! Lennie is awesome! She does beautiful work that is meticulous and durable. My nails always look natural and classy. Lennie is skilled in the latest nail art, and she uses excellent nail products. She also does pedicures with just as much care. I have been going to Lennie for over 15 years and would not consider going anywhere else. Believe me, I am a nail-biter and am very tough on my hands, but thanks to Lennie, I can show my hands off!
