I've been getting my hair done here with Jackie for years and always love it! The vibe is comfortable and it's always very calm. She's always welcoming and does a phenomenal job. She's done washing, cutting, styling, and coloring for myself, my friend, and even my sister. Everybody I've brought loves the results! I just started getting my eyebrows done here as well. I used to go to Ulta, but now I go here because the threading is better and it's not hard to schedule an appointment. It's also a really super good deal compared to elsewhere. Angie makes me feel comfortable and her attention to detail is excellent. Also, I highly recommend doing the derma-planing facial here. This is my second time getting that done and I recommend it. My skin looks and feels amazing after! Sam has done my derma-planing facial both times and she goes out of her way to make sure it's done properly, that she hasn't missed anything, and that I'm happy with the results. read more

Just got a Brazilian Wax from Salon Bellezza...worst decision ever! It was honestly a very painful and traumatic experience. I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. Instead she kept dousing the area with baby powder (cancer alert), putting on more wax, tugging away at my skin, and making a mess! I paid $65 for that BS! Now I won't go there for ANY service! read more

I went in to have my eyebrows threaded. Rupi who does my threading was doing a facial and had 10 minutes before done. I waited and within 5 min. a couple with an infant came in and waited as well. When Rupi came back she asked who was next her incompetent worker told Rupi that the couple were next. I sat there in disbelief. The coworker looked at me with a look knowing she did a mistake. When Rupi was done with the female the husband went next. Unbelievable!!!!!!! I got up and left. I later called Rupi and she explained to me that they had come earlier. WTH! No professionalism whatsoever. I believed I was next! This is not how you treat a customer. This establishment is not recommended due to inconsideration of customers time and unprofessionalism. read more

Do not do your hair with SOFIA!!! ... I went in looking for someone to do my roots, the girl in the front recommended Sofia. Worst decision !! She is not a colorist, doesn't know what she is doing and She keeps asking the other girls what to do. She didn't finish the job, left at 7:00 pm even though I had already said that my hair was pink and orange and all she and Jackie said was that when my hair was dry it wouldn't look like this. So she was quick to ask me to pay her and she left. While Francisca was so nice and finished the hair cut and blow dry. I was so upset I just wanted to cry because I have never had someone do this to my hair and completely disregard my concern like if I was crazy by saying that the hair was pink and orange. The day after I went back I confronted her and told her that you never leave a client and not finish a job because it's already your time to leave and that she should be honest with clients and tell them the truth about her lack of experience in coloring because it's not fair to ruin someone's hair. Thank god she didn't want to fix my hair and Gabriela came to the rescue and fixed the mess and my hair came out beautiful!! I should've went with my gut feeling and not let her touch my hair. First time at this salon. I walked in on Tuesday to get my eyebrows threaded with Rupi. She was great and fast. She referred me to one of the hair stylist Sofia. Sofia contacted me right away to set up my appointment. I had my hair cut today with Sofia and she did a great job. I am very happy with both and will definitely be back. I do recommend scheduling appointment if you are looking to see a hair stylist. read more

They were honest & said I'd need to have more color put on after a month or so, since it was such a drastic change. Honest is good. They also had great after-care advice I'd never heard before which worked like a charm. I don't know if that owner is still there or not at this time. What I do know is that she could not keep stylists and the service was sporadic, at best. To say what she said about me was simply her trying to cover her butt. Yes, I have found a great stylist in the OC. Although it's a long drive just to have my hair done, it sure beats having to deal this Drama Queen. read more

I recently moved to the area and had been struggling to find a decent threading salon nearby, after being traumatized by a previous threading place that took off half of my eyebrows. I carefully and reluctantly searched for a new threading place to try and give threading in this area ONE LAST ATTEMPT lol. Rupi was extremely patient with me and heard all of my concerns regarding my eyebrows. She did her best to do EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, and this is what I need from a threading salon! Sofia is not a colorist. She has no confidence in her ability to chose color, she is not an individual thinker. She had to get advise from other stylist. As I sat in the chair observing her and how indecisive she was about what to do about the color I requested it became a sure sign I should of left. And I should of went with my instincts. Frieda was amazing... she gave a great shampoo and the consultation was great and she was honest about my hair and things I needed and what I didn't need as of now with my hair. This was first time here and my experience was great. She gave a good hair cut and gave me exactly the cut I had wanted and I just showed her a pic. My hair is so much more manageable and feels so much healthier and soft... we talked a lot it was like we had known each other for awhile....I'll be going back for sure... it's official I have found my new salon!!!! I had to have an emergency repair of a complete hack job on my hair. Jackie was able to take me the very next day and she fixed my hair and I LOVE it! I know hair stylists don't like to have to fix someone else's mess up, but she assured me it was fine. I will be a client for life!! If I could give a zero star I would. I booked an appointment for a up do for my wedding day at 0930. Was assured Liz would be there at that time and if she wasn't someone else would be. I get to the salon at 0930 and was told stylist wasn't there and wouldn't be there till 10:30, sorry there was an error in booking your appointment. ON MY WEDDING DAY.... wow Then it would be 10 minutes and Liz would be in. 15 minutes later no stylist. Lori, the owner makes excuses but in the end, they screwed my day up big time. I won't ever return. I had Trisha who is definitely a talker. She talked nonstop and bragged about herself claiming she's done hair in competitions but left much to be desired with my hair. She cut my hair and left it soaking wet and says "okay my next client is here so you're all set". I was shocked. I walked out of there so embarrassed with how my hair looked! With what they charge for a simple hair cut she could have blow dried it! I hate my hair cut and will never return. read more

I had 6 inches cut off and a blow dry- it cost $45 The cut Erica gave me was well executed and she took the time to teach me how to style my new do I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she told me that they could try, but that my hair was a seriously different texture so it wouldn't look the same... .as in the last review- honesty is appreciated. I did hear from a friend, and can now vouch, that they gave soccer mom hair cuts. We just left after a last minute appointment. We scheduled with Frieda to correct my teenage daughter's haircut. We went somewhere else and the cut was terrible... crooked and uneven. Frieda talked with us about our concerns and spent quality time making sure my daughter's hair met both our expectations. When I noticed one side looked slightly longer (maybe a millimeter), she adjusted her hair and checked and then fixed it. She took extra time to make sure it looked perfect. While I was waiting, Rea was able to fit me in for eyebrow threading. I'd never had it done it before, but had allergic reactions to waxing in the past. It's not comfortable, but it's not painful either. Rea have great instruction on how to help position my face to minimize the discomfort. Through the process, I opted to get my whole face threaded. Upper lip is definitely not easy and I had tears in my eyes, but my face looks great. I've always felt a little self conscious about ny facial hair, but with the allergic reactions it wasn't worth the risk to wax. Everyone was incredibly friendly and sweet, including my daughter and me in their conversations. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional quality work with wonderful people.
