I was very excited to walk into a new cheap salon that was very affordable, I would not give them the 4 star rating that they have. The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smelt like sewer and gym socks. It was very stuffy. I had got my brows waxed for prom, the lady who did my brows pulled two big pieces of my skin off, I felt like she didn't use much caution when it came to my skin. After I got home I still had to pluck all the little hairs that she had missed. I would recommend going to European Wax Center instead. They take better care of you. One star read more

I've been going to Ria for my eyebrows for years. She does an AMAZING job. Perfection every time. Today was no different, my brows are gorgeous but today I decided try a Brazilian wax as well. In the past 5 years I've attempted 3 Brazilian waxes all of them ending unfinished because the pain was just to unbearable. The last time I had my brows done I told her about my previous experience and she assured me that she could change my mind. I took her up on her offer today and I am truly impressed. The experience was amazing and the pain was minimal. I won't be going to anyone else EVER! It was quick and it looks beautiful not to mention I made it through the entire wax lol. Highly recommend Katie. I came in my first time looking for a hair trim because my hair was so dead and she gave me a beautiful cut and my hair has felt so much healthier since. Since then I've gone back a second time looking to change it up a bit and dye my hair a different color. She gave me the most beautiful violet copper melt. The atmosphere is wonderful inside the shop and everyone there is so sweet and kind. Very accommodating to your needs. Definitely will continue going. I came in for a lash lift and what a waste of money. The lady who did my lash lift was doing multiple things while trying to do mine. That is probably why it didn't work! I was told not to wash my eyes for 48 hours which I did. Once I washed my eye there was no difference in my eye lashes. Also, there was tons of glue on my eye lashes so those 48 hours were very difficult. I will def not be back. read more

We being going back and forth and all she could do is point out what someone else did wrong that had nothing to do with me, and tried to find anything wrong with my comments - I paid almost $600 for 4 ppl and the service was horrible. Everyone had different pricing, was quote one price but when the owner got there it was charged another price...they need to display the prices. Customer Satisfaction should be their goal! read more

Salon was very friendly and clean Stevie did a wonderful job on my hair she always listens to exactly what I want and makes it happen no matter if I'm doing blonde in red in my hair or going all red or violent which being a Brunette is not easy to go red but she made it happen I love my hair so much I would never go to anyone else besides her she is also really friendly and outgoing which makes it fun and easy to be in her chair for 4+ hours since I have super long hair. I've gone to this salon for years and have never had a complaint but this time was different. The stylist who did my hair did not do what I asked and even thinned my hair without asking and added very short layers all over. I can't wear my hair down and the thinning has made my hair my haircut. I've never experienced anything like this. I also had my hair dyed dark and there was no protectant put on my face so I had dyed skin for a week afterward. I was told to just go home and use windex. I paid 120 dollars for my cut and color and called to complain. The manager told me to come in for a refund and gave me 40 dollars which isn't isn't even half of what I paid. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I never said I was happy with my hair color. Or cut. I cried about it for a week. And I have found a consistent stylist that I am very happy with. read more

My first cut with Jenny I told her my hair grows in numerous directions and can be somewhat tedious for barbers, she assured me it was no issue and she has been giving me perfect skin fades ever since! I called the salon based on an advertisement. The Esthetician no longer works at the shop, so I was referred to another person. I thought,"why not, give it a try". It was truly a great decision. I had no idea what to expect, but had a general idea of what I wanted, eyelash extensions, a facial, and permanent brows. Dennise was the replacement technician and she is WONDERFUL. Waste of Time. I found their website and they said they were offering specials for New Clients, but when I called the prices did not match up (Website had a $65 special, and they said it was $99). After calling back a second time to get clarification, they said they would honor it, but they don't offer it anymore. (It's on the front page of your website. If you don't offer it, take it down) So I show up 5 mins before my appt time. The front desk receptionist goes into the back to let my stylist know I'm there. The receptionist comes back and says she will be right out. After sitting there for almost 15 mins I look back to see her talking to another employee in the back, so I wait a few more mins, and look back again and she is TEXTING ON HER PHONE. I walked out the door as soon as I saw this. What a horrible first impression for a new client. read more

Just moved to the area. So hesitant to find a new stylist coming from a lady/friend I've used for over 18 years and a prior friend/stylist for 15 years, very hesitant to try a new stylist as you can imagine. My old stylist gave me my color so I'm going to try that (wish me luck) and so I only need at this point a cut and blow dry. I spoke to Terry on Thursday, she got me in Friday, listened to my concerns and gave me a trim no more then taking off 1" and cleaning me up. I have hair appx. 3-4" past my shoulders, so middle of the road. She did a great job and I will see her again. She had another lady while she was letting a hair mask soak in my hair, but she only did a quick color on her and then off to cut my hair. I was in and out pretty fast and she was delightful! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Ruby for the past couple of years, she is amazing! I always get complimented on my eyebrow shape and "cleanliness" look. Eyebrow threading is way better than waxing because it gets all the little hairs and it's more precise. I definitely recommend it. She was nice but my visit was rushed when the owner told the stylist someone else was coming in for a appt. I had to go home & wash my hair. I wish I listened to the other reviews. I do not believe you can get those two hairstyles mixed up, mind u I was very clear on what I wanted, so I let her finish cause I believed maybe she would brush it out or go over it with a bigger hot iron to get the wave look, but by the time I was finished the next appointment already got there and the owner had already told her in front of me about the next appt which I thought was unprofessional since she should of already knew. read more
