A few days later my husband noticed a small patch was missing from my eyebrows. I wear glasses so I didn't immediately notice. I called today to explain what happened the person that answered the phone said how can I help you today even after I explained the issue. She said they always has the customer look at the eyebrows before touching up with powder in my case this did not happen. Needless to say I won't be going back. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing.

Let me start of by saying I was a new customer. Ok so this place started of awesome. So I booked a appointment for my Son, and Daughter at a certain time with one of the stylist named Patty. I am a super punctual person so I called them to confirm my appointment because I was actually commuting that day from Orange County and I wanted to make sure Patty would be available. The receptionist answered my question and said " oh of course ". So i get to the Salon on point. The receptionist tells me that someone else is going to help me because Patty was busy with a client. I was blunt, straightforward, and told the receptionist let's not go there and get me Patty because that is whom I picked as a stylist for my kids. Me being super picky and all. I don't want a old lady cutting my kids hair. So the receptionist tells me that the owner of the Salon told her to move me with a different Stylist. So again I kinda was harsh on the receptionist and told her that the owner has no right to do that, especially because I called and confirmed my appointment with you I told the receptionist. The receptionist was lost and didn't know what to do or say. I told her "look at the end of the day as your customer I am your boss, and as your job you should have communicated with me over the phone and not just done this". I also told her" look as a receptionist its your job to book according and tell your boss what needs to be done and not just listen. So the receptionist tells me to please hold on and she will be right back. I see her go to Patty and comes right back and asked me if I mind waiting like 30 minutes I tell her NO I don't mind let's just get this done. So I wait 30 minutes. Patty was punctual this time and helps us out immediately, and tells me sorry for everything. The hair cuts came out perfect. Loved it. Ok so I thought everything was ok , and even booked a appointment for 3 weeks from our innitial appointment. Ok so I get via text message from them confirming our appointment the day before. I was all set the day of UNTIL I get a text not a call from Patty saying that she can't help us out because she has the "Flu". Again this in July which is uncommon for a Flu". So i respond back with "I hope you feel better. Keep me updated on your availability please". She replied with "Will Do" . 3 weeks Later and I still haven't heard from Patty. I am just so disappointed. So unprofessional, and lack of communication in my opinion. Again let me make myself self very clear good Hair cuts just bad customer service, and I am all about customer service. I do hope this business changes its ways for the better. read more

I just moved to menifee from nc.. and researched hair salons.. when I came across Bellezza Salon's website I loved the feel of the salon through the pictures.. i called and made an appt, giving Lorrie ( the owner) my formula which she didnt carry but had worked with before, she went and bought the brand I use for me and today I went in to have my very gray roots done! not only was i greeted so warmly but we carried on a conversation the entire time.. and Lorrie and the rest of her staff were so nice and the clients coming in were so happy to be there and you just knew you were in the RIGHT PLACE! I am so happy to say I have found my NEW hair salon and will be going every 3 weeks! I am happy to be a part of Bellezza Salon's family now and when my sister moves here she will go as well as my niece! I moved to Menifee about 2 years ago, of course with moving you have to find a new hair salon and this scared me to death. Driving by one day I decided to stop in and make a hair appointment. Ericka happen to be the young lady @ the desk when I came in, so I booked an appointment with her....I must say I am sooooo happy I stopped in that day!!!! Ericka did a beautiful job on my hair (cut & color) . My hair has never looked so good!! Also my esthetician is Laura who does a great job. Laura has taken the time to educate me on my skin which has helped me a great deal. She does great facials and peels. The prices are great and you will love the no drama atmosphere. I am from Orange County and have spent loads of money on getting my hair colored and cut at very high end salons. I recently moved to Menifee and needed the works on my hair. I found Bellezza Salon on-line and made an appointment. The shop is so beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Right away I was impressed! The owner, Lorrie, did exactly what I wanted to my hair. I think she has been doing hair for over 30 years! Finding out it was a full-service salon, I also got waxing and nails done the same day! The service was great, and for a very awesome price. Having just moved here and been getting waxed for almost eight months, I thought my life was great until I left Bellezza Salon. Whoa, what a great experience guys it was so smooth, so relaxing that I felt like a new man all over again. Everyone was so friendly, and nothing better is laughter for the soul. I've been to Bellezza Salon a few times now... I think the salon is so lovely inside! But lovely or not, what matters is the level of service and Bellezza has it.
