I called and spoke to a very nice woman and she asked me if I could come in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was welcomed with a warm hello. The salon was very clean and organized. I was assigned Meghan. Well, super nice girl and she gave me a haircut that I absolutely love! She worked slowly making it shorter as needed. I've been wanting this type of shag cut but no one else has been able to do it. I will definitely be going back to Meghan. I'm extremely happy that I finally found a great professional stylist. I highly recommend this salon. All the girls are very down to earth and friendly. They make you feel at home the second you step in. 5 Star in every category.

Starting from my initial contact to scheduling my appointment, to the completion of my appointment. All of the staff Shay the manager, David the stylist who did my hair, the young lady who washed my hair, were professional, engaging, and friendly. I got an appt with Stevie who cut and styled my hair. The blow out was great and she was so sweet. It was like talking to an old friend. Well I returned and have since colored my hair different shades at different times of course, balayage, highlights, Brazilian Blowout and of course cuts. She's great on recommendations and what would potentially work for me. I adore Stevie. She's wonderful in what she does. The staff in general are all dolls. They just put you in a happy mood. I feel so lucky to have landed in her chair. You guys, I can't even describe how badly I messed up my own hair and how beautifully Teri fixed it. She did a fantastic job and she did it efficiently. I walked out with beautiful highlights that softened up the whole look and lifted me back to 'blonde'. She worked miracles, I swear. Also, the gal in her chair before me also got color and it was beautiful. It's the best cut I've had in a while as I was well overdue! She also talked to me about highlights and gave me her recommendations. I could definitely see how knowledgeable she was, and normally I wouldn't trust a hair cutting place to do color service, but I would trust Mia! There are two hairdressers and they both speak English fluently as their first language. Not to say that if the stylists spoke a different language that would be a bad thing. I've gotten wonderful cuts at other salons from people who (shocking) speak English as a second language. I've been going there for years. It's reasonably priced, the service is great and the stylists are super friendly. So either she's lying or she reviewed the wrong salon. ******** I got the Groupon. Made an appointment and it turns out I know the stylist from high school, like 40 million years ago. I showed her the color I wanted and explained that I am very simple with hair style, basically just need a deep trim. She got the color together and put it in my hair. As my hair was soaking up the dye, she worked on another client, cutting and blow drying her hair. Fast forward to the end, because the middle is boring stuff. My hair is cut and dried, and it looked soooooo good. I couldn't stop saying, "Lisa!! It looks so good! You got the color exact. Look at the picture. It looks just like it!!!" The only suggestion I'd make is the sinks are up too high. I'm short and had to hold myself up keep my head over the sink. They should be lowered so we can rest our necks in the dip part.
