These amazing women, Sue & Shanell are very talented at what they do. I am always impressed of how they match the extensions' color to my real hair color. The quality of the hair and their work is totally worth the price. The hair (100% virgin human hair) can last for atleast a year if not more. My experience, I wash and blow dry my hair almost daily because of the the gym and these extensions are so well installed that they rarely falls off. If they do, its mostly because i overheated the little elastic/string that holds it with the flat iron. I am not suggesting you do the same but just to show how they last and are well installed. It looks so natural that people I see eveyday always tell me that i have beautiful thick hair. I tell them that i dont buy shoes, i buy hair. People are always suprised to hear that its not my real hair. For people like me with very thin hair, clips are too heavy and wanted to keep my hair healthy so i went with the salon's technique. Really satisfied with my hair results. I gave it 5 stars because I love the end result. I also want to acknowledge that full attention was given to completing my hair process. My feedback is around the experience. Given the price )close to 2,000 dollars) I would concentrate on creating an experience for the customer. Offer water, snacks, purchase lunch, gift a hair product; add to the customer's experience by making them feel appreciated. Show that you're grateful the customer chose you- just to be clear the hair stylist were not rude in anyway. I would just expect a little more attention so that I may want to return. read more
