They installed my first set of extensions after I lost all of my hair from chemo, and the results were incredible, especially considering how short, thin and fine my hair was. The extensions are super high quality. After a little over a year I went back and had a half pack added, and I honestly have never had hair that looked this good! Would never go anywhere else in the city! They are always so accommodating and have even fit me in same day to fix a weft when I snagged it on something (on two separate occasions!). As a first timer or someone starting on the journey of hair systems or balding options I can safely…read moresay Dawn was super supportive and realistic with what I was willing to go with. As someone who had always had a larger than average forehead I was used to and even accepting of my authentic hairline, however after a long internal battle within myself I came to the conclusion that I wanted options. First and least intrusive option was a frontal system, due to my large swath of real estate available for mounting. After reaching out and making an initial appointment I came in with an empty cup and Dawns 30+ years of experience and expertise helped quell my trepidations and doubts about hair systems and was given multiple options for my comfort level. Very gentle not aggressively trying to not do what's easiest for her but rather what feels right for me. Her care and knowledge once my piece came in was amazing, we spent a whole hour chit chatting as she shaped and contoured my custom system to fit seamlessly with my current situation up top and I left her chair as a newer, less follicle-ly challenged person. It's only been One day and I'm still getting used to seeing myself in the mirror however I was very open and excited to share my experience with close loved ones. While at the appointment Dawn allowed me to chronicle my journey with pictures and vignettes of my journey and everyone agreed. It looks great and natural and if you saw me out and about you wouldn't questing my authenticity. With that all said, Dawn thanks for helping others see how I see myself in the mirror everyday. A true rockstar in her profession. If anyone reading this far has any doubt or any trepidations about hair loss and different options, especially less extreme procedures, make Dawn your first stop, she's warm gentle and has a great sense at what each and everyone one of us are trying to achieve.
