I then got the extensions installed by Tia and went back every 6-8 weeks for maintenance for about 10 months. Everytime my hair fell when Tia did the maintenance and the last few times I noticed she pushed the extensiones up instead of remove them and re- install them. Upon traveling this summer a hair dresser told me they were not installed well and that caused my hair to fall out significantly more than normal. I am now on a journey to try and regrow lost hair using minoxidil. Though my experience with D was good. Tia got lazy and careless and contributed to hair loss I now have to recover. I won't be going back.

As someone who had always had a larger than average forehead I was used to and even accepting of my authentic hairline, however after a long internal battle within myself I came to the conclusion that I wanted options. First and least intrusive option was a frontal system, due to my large swath of real estate available for mounting. After reaching out and making an initial appointment I came in with an empty cup and Dawns 30+ years of experience and expertise helped quell my trepidations and doubts about hair systems and was given multiple options for my comfort level. Very gentle not aggressively trying to not do what's easiest for her but rather what feels right for me. Her care and knowledge once my piece came in was amazing, we spent a whole hour chit chatting as she shaped and contoured my custom system to fit seamlessly with my current situation up top and I left her chair as a newer, less follicle-ly challenged person. It's only been One day and I'm still getting used to seeing myself in the mirror however I was very open and excited to share my experience with close loved ones. While at the appointment Dawn allowed me to chronicle my journey with pictures and vignettes of my journey and everyone agreed.
