Tried to book as they said on their site same day service. When I got a response from them re my request I asked if we could move ahead . They said no it was too late. They never called though they had my number. I thought as it was same day they would to expedite. Instead Kerry sent 3 really awful rude emails to me. Meanwhile I got another company that was really good do deal with, lots of options and great communication. Kerry is still at this point writing rude emails. Terrible customer service. I live in Saint Louis - my nephew was turning 16 years old on Long Island. Conundrum. Decided on a singing telegram and it was THE BEST choice I could have made. Highly professional, great follow up, execution was beyond belief; they wrote a song for him with all of his likes and dislikes - so incredibly customized it was almost like a magic show to him, how this entertainer knew so much about him. I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a great alternative to a card especially during social distancing (He stood on the curb with my nephew 10 feet away on the porch). All the neighbors watched from their porches as well. Cost is relative, but I thought it was cheap - a third the price of a plane ticket, half the price of a car rental and probably just slightly more expensive then sending a decent gift the kid probably did not want anyway from Amazon. I decided on a singing telegram kind of at the last minute and I was worried that the performer wouldn't be reliable or funny. I really wanted something funny for our very small (16 guests) family party for my husband's 60th birthday Surprise Party. I was hoping to hire this great comedian but I realized with cake and presents and photobooth there really wouldn't be enough time. Preppygrams really came through for me, and FAR exceeded my expectations! The performer was right on time and came dressed as an Italian Mobster and he was GREAT! REALLY GREAT! I am still shocked that they were able to write a custom song as fast as they did and it was HYSTERICAL! He was the hit of the party! Not only was the song funny like I requested, but it was in very good tastes, which I think is important when you have a mixed crowd. My husband doesn't have alot of quirks or funny stories so I didn't think I even gave them enough material to write a song, but it was FANTASTIC! I am a perfectionist and somewhat of a micromanager but I had a sense that I didn't have to be when I spoke to Kerry. He was confident but respectful. Receptive, and not the least bit arrogant. I really appreciated that. He was great to work with and I am so glad I trusted him on which costumed performer would be best for our party. My husband got a copy of the lyrics after the Singing Telegram was delivered, and we have watched the video clip someone at the party took about a million times lol!
