There was a blonde lady that appeared to be the manager. She was very warm and answered my questions. Another employee immediately stated checking inventory at other stores and gave me the phone number. Sadly, that one was sold out too, so it's good I called because it saved me a trip to Century City. Another staff member immediately asked if I needed a fitting room once I picked out some shirts. He asked my name, which was a nice personal touch. He checked up on me a little bit later. Very attentive! The guy at the front also tried to sign me up for notifications for the jacket when I asked about restocks. He checked, but Adidas had taken the page for it down entirely. He said I could leave my info at the register and they could notify me when it gets restocked. I love how things are laid out in this store. Everything looks so tasteful. Overall, I would highly recommend coming back to this location! Here's to hoping I can get the Chinese New Year track jacket in grey (Large), green (Large), and light blue (small)!

SERVICE 5/5 This was the best customer service I've ever…read morereceived at a Zara EVER! I came here with a not so clear photo of an outfit I'd saw a month prior and it was a long shot but I tried anyway. Alex took a look at the picture and we combed the store trying to find it. At some point Zuma came along and offered help and actually recognized the shirt so she knew which one it was and looked it up to see if it was in stock, which it was. It just wasn't currently on the floor anymore. She had them bring it over to the store while I waited. Meanwhile Alex helped me find some other great options to complement the shirt. I got some very nice chocolate slacks as the perfect pairing which Alex helped me put together. I was OVER THE MOON about the level of customer service they both gave me. They went above and beyond to help me get what I came for. They are very good at their jobs, and I can tell they're passionate about what they do. Both of them deserve a raise both monetarily and to a position of even more authority than they already have. They have the makings of great leadership. I will 100% be coming back to this store again. LAYOUT I love how it's organized. The women's clothes are on the bottom floor where the store entrance is and you go upstairs for the men's clothes. It's so spacious and well organized. AMBIANCE This location exudes elevated classic fashion and I LOVE IT. I'll be coming back and bringing my boyfriend back for us to shop some more. It's a great place to explore Hoka's full range of running shoes that feature their popular oversized maximalist midsoles. The service is great in the store and they have a huge variety of sneakers and also Hoka branded clothing and sandals. You could also park to the west and there are three large parking structures in the general vicinity. This is a really fun neighborhood to walk around in. Next door to Hoka there are lots of boutiques, a nice juice bar across the street and several stellar restaurants.

I usually don't shop at the store unless they are sales or promotions. The shoes are typically sold at retail price, and I have found better deals at Macy's or online sites like Zappos. I was searching for blush colored pumps at least four inches. I was browsing on their website and saw there were some on sale for $49.95 with a regular price of $89.95. Since they were clearance items, they are final sales with no returns or exchanges. So I decided to check if the store reflected the sale prices online. They did. The clearance rack was great that I had the intention of purchasing one pair and ended up with three pairs. I do prefer shopping here on the a weekday because it's less busy. On Saturday, it was super busy that I waited a while to get my size. Although the attention of the staff was here and there, they were all very nice when they finally gave me their attention.
