She wasn't friendly or interested in helping, and there was no effort to offer an alternative or explain why it would take so long. I was looking forward to shopping at PopShelf, but after this experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My only complaint for this location is that the kids put at the register mostly are very pissed to be at work dealing with customers. Teach them to smile and be welcoming, and sometimes communicate with customers. Even a friendly "Hello" can do so much. After a hard day at work, last thing I want to see is a kid who is pissed to be alive. We all have bad days, but some of these kids are an every day mood killers.
