I like this store, because of its wide variety of hair care products and makeup products as well. Though, I had one annoying experience in the wig section. I picked up a wig package with two different price tags one them: one high, one low on sale. I asked the woman if it was meant for the lower price to be the sale price. She said no, that the higher price tag is the retail price. Even though it advertised on the wig display and the package that it was the lower price, she was adiment enough to say that that wasn't the case. Technically, a retail store is actually supposed to sell you the lower price tag if there are two tags in opposing prices, but I didn't bother to buy it. It was a turn off. I had another experience once at the private hair salon in the store. I was due for a wash, but unfortunately my extensions were so cheap and tangled that it got matted to my natural hair when the beautician finished washing my hair. So, I decided that I would get a temporary wig because I didn't budget for extensions. Everything seemed fine for a month until I took down my wig. But when I unbraided my hair, the middle of my scalp had no hair! I mean, you could tell that my hair was literally cut off. I had to think back for a minute on how I could've lost so much hair and I came to realize that it was from when the beautician took my extensions down and didn't TELL me that my hair came out with it! I was pissed. I came back to tell them, not remembering who my beautician was at the time (unfortunately), but they didn't really say much. Not cool. The salon isn't bad overall, because they have great results. However, their prices are high. Nonetheless, you do get what you pay for at the end of the day. So minus my hair mishap, I've seen some great hair styles on men and women happily leaving the shop. Everything else is cool though, as far as the staff (mostly males) and retail items like hair care products, hair accessories and necessities, makeup, etc. I would still recommend this store to a friend, because everyone appeals to things differently and can still feel satisfied with what they find.
