The COUNTRYSIDE store, where aggressive nastiness is a norm and where the MANAGER decides the return policy, should be avoided. The online Customer service and Corporate Customer service elements of Floor & Decor are helpful and responsive. The Aurora store was exemplary. I strongly discourage shopping in this store: The management practices and dismissal of corporate policy exposes customers to a potentially untrustworthy and unreliable business experience.

I scored some unique vanity trays and storage organization bins/baskets for a great deal. 4 items for under $50. I will post a picture once I finish organizing all my makeup. Be prepared to scourge around for deals. HomeGoods is also a perfect option for buying housewarming & bridal gifts. This Sally's is just like any other Sally's but again if you're a person of color the products you're looking for may not be available here. You may need to go to a Sally's in a more Urban area. Otherwise there is plenty of free parking ... my biggest suggestion is to call to make sure they have what you're looking for before you go here.
