The online Customer service and Corporate Customer service elements of Floor & Decor are helpful and responsive. The Aurora store was exemplary. I strongly discourage shopping in this store: The management practices and dismissal of corporate policy exposes customers to a potentially untrustworthy and unreliable business experience.

Great selection of merchandise - we always buy so many things -I ended up buying a new bathing suit, some clothes for work and even a few cute home decor items. For those you don't know, it has that same Marshalls / T.J. Maxx vibe. Lots of brand names and things that are highly discounted. Yes, you have to hunt a bit, but it's worth it because you can get some really great deals!

They have furniture, shoes, makeup, active wear and even snacks. I saw some some really high end makeup (Nars) after digging for a while. But the price made me blink uncontrollably. So I put it down and slowly backed away. I could have sworn this was an outlet store. The customer service here is ok, I haven't had any issues or problems. The cashier that helped me was really nice and pleasant. I was able to find a few things on clearance which is nice but I do wish they had all the clearance items in one area instead of randomly placed or "hidden" throughout the store. It was really hard to find clearance items as compared to other stores that have an area you can rummage through with a BIG Sign that says clearance. The store wasn't as organized as I expected it to be, at least the makeup/cosmetic and skin care area wasn't. It was badly unorganized. Maribeth's eye for color is unmatched. The team is talented and fun to work with, and really approached our projects with enthusiasm and insight, never pushing an agenda. Our relationship began when we were looking for a particular upholstery fabric and color-way from an English fabric company that we hoped to use for a pair of heirloom chairs .... I couldn't rent out an apartment and I had at least seven showings. I said to myself, I'll call Maribeth (get the color schemes) and have the apartment repainted. I did just that, first showing after Maribeth and the new paint, the apartment rented in the FIRST showing. As a matter of fact, I will NEVER use any other interior decorator, but Maribeth.

I really don't like going to this location and probably won't be going back because of the management. I think the ladies here could be more friendly, especially management. This Sally's is just like any other Sally's but again if you're a person of color the products you're looking for may not be available here. You may need to go to a Sally's in a more Urban area. Otherwise there is plenty of free parking ... my biggest suggestion is to call to make sure they have what you're looking for before you go here.
