There was a customer right behind us so she probably just pushed it to the side and figured she would rather have us come back and get it instead of doing the right thing and walking out to give it to us. I spoke to a manager??? (Musa), at least they told me he was, but most managers care about customer service. He sounded like he could totally care less. When I explained what happened his reply was that he would speak to her. I asked if someone could deliver the item since it was their mistake. Why should we have to waste our gas. He said no we dont do that but he would have a talk with her. I told him that doesnt help me and that I should at least get some sort of discount off the item to help pay for my gas money it will cost to go back and get the item, as it was not my mistake. Again he said "we dont do that" But why should we have to spend gas money because she didnt walk out after us when made the mistake of not putting it in the bag? They could have shipped it or had it delivered, via uber or any other delivery service. It was not fair to me. I really would have just asked for refund but as I said I hardly ever get out to shop in person and try things on so I wanted the item. They could have given a small refund for error. If Musa really is a manager he is a terrible one and does not care about customers.
