Great customer service, efficient quality work with a good value. Would highly recommend them to anyone. As a women, I have been to other places that try to scam me for unnecessary servicing while passing smog on my unproblematic Toyota Corolla. The gentleman (who I think was the owner) doing my smog, didn't try to scam me & seems like a honest man by his conversations with customers on phone & in person. 10/10 shop read more

Came an hour before they closed & they were able to still check me in for a smog(around $41) while they still have other cars in service. They were friendly enough to help out as I haven't done a smog in quite some time. They were busy but were able to help everybody who needed services on their vehicles. Looks like any other auto shop but I felt good coming here. read more

Best place ever. Quick and easy. Excellent customer service.

I have only come here for a smog but Jose has earned my business. The first smog was on the weekend, probably a Sunday when everything else was closed. The second time was during regular business hours. Service was quick and easy. Jose seems like a very honest guy who always aims to provide the best service he can. I knew exactly what I would pay before the smog, so no surprises. My husband is a mechanic so he takes care of most things, but I would bring my car here if I didn't have him. read more

I do not write reviews but I thought this one was necessary. I had made an 8:00 AM appointment to have my spark plugs and spark plug wires changed on my car. The technician who I had made the appointment with did not show up until 9:00 AM. I informed the technician that I would be waiting while he changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires. The technician stated that he would start working on my car but that his boss (the owner) told him that I could not wait; that I had to leave the car and that they would call me when it was done. When I inquired why I could not wait for the car, I was told that they did not want to feel rush. I stated that it was only going to take about an hour to do the job (if he would have been on time the car would have been done already) and therefore it did not make sense to leave (it takes about twenty minutes to get to home from there) just to come back. I was told that if I could not leave the car that they would not do the work. This made me wonder what exactly they were going to do to my car that they did not want me to see; after all, they were just changing the plugs and the wires. I decide not to leave my car because something just did not sound right. I am not saying that they would have done something wrong but them arguing with me about me waiting for my car sounded suspicious. read more
