Love this place! The food is always amazing and fresh. They pretty much have everything you could imagine to put on a salad and you just go down the line and have them dress your salad accordingly. The staff is always friendly and helpful and upbeat. The ambiance is always light and simple with upbeat music playing. This is truly my favorite salad place!

Very good place for a yummy pick your own toppings salad. It was a bit pricey for a salad and drink but definitely worth it. Next time I'll order a small because you can add as many topping as you want.

I have enjoyed salata for years and I'm glad that they have one near me. When I went in the line moved quickly. I usually get the southwestern tortilla wrap with salata mix, corn, black beans, artichoke, tomatoes etc. , In addition, I tried their macadamia nut cookie and had the pearberry mixed with the hibiscus tea which was refreshing and delicious. The wrap comes with a side of pita chips as well. The wrap is fresh and full of flavor, I'll definitely be back. The pricing is decent and there are plenty of places to park. The customer service is good as well.

Came in an hour before closing on a Thursday. First time here, service was meh...no greetings, didn't even asked to see how the restaurant worked. Didn't even offer menu if it was available. Anyways I guess it was a custom salad, I choose what I wanted and got a bread. I asked for two multigrain croissants but only had one, I didn't mind paying an extra for the croissants if I had too. Meal is on the pricey side, but doable. Overall, I enjoyed the herb dressing and the multigrain croissants. Maybe I'll try a different location next time.

Plum cinnamon tea. I'll be dreaming about it.

After a yummy experience at a Fort Worth location, I decided to check out the location closer to my house. I also heard Deion Sanders is a fab of this location. Everything was fresh and delicious but the real winner was the plum cinnamon tea. I added some Splenda and had the perfect drink. In fact, that meal had me thinking about that tea for days. I haven't been eating out since covid, so I don't know how they are handling that.

Salata is a healthy delicious lunch staple that I continuously find myself coming back to over and over again. No matter if I order online or in person, I can always count on this location in particular to get my order correct. Also, the manager and staff are very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is always sparkling clean with lots of seating and natural light from all the windows. If you've ever wanted to come try out Salata, this is the place to to do it!

This location has quickly become my go to spot for a nutritional post workout meal. Being ~3 doors away from CycleBar makes it very convenient place to stop and obtain some clean and healthy food to refuel my body. The 'customizable' concept used here is the same one that seems to be dominating the 'fast casual' dining space (most know it from Chipotle however it was initiated by Subway). In the case of Salata it starts with picking a lettuce mix. From there one adds as many of the 50 different toppings (other veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc) as desired. Next are the house-made salad dressings; there are 10 to choose from (sampling is allowed). One of the last steps is choosing a protein (if desired). In addition to great salads and wraps, Salata offers a few home-made soups (I recommend the Tomato Basil). After this, one pays at the register so they can begin to enjoy a tasty and nutritional meal. On most of my visits I go with a wrap; starting with a mixed greens as the base. I add a ton of toppings (veggies) to it followed by Salata's ginger-lime dressing. Lastly it's placed into a Thai-Ginger tortilla wrap (I'm getting hungry just thinking about it). From the serving area to the tables this location is always clean; actually very clean. The servers are always friendly, patient and very accommodating. If you're looking for healthy and enjoyable; Salata should be on your list.

Best salads. Fast service. What can be better?

Most of the starers are mouthwatering, even the unexpected Ruben Eggrolls are a delight. Less daring items like the coconut shrimp are equally good. Without a doubt my go to entree is the Beef Wellington. I remember La Madeleine had an affordable one on their menu in the late nineties, this is reminiscent. I do usually swap out the mashed potatoes for the chopped wedge as side, just seems like the classical steakhouse side for the task. The only thing I would say that is lacking is the wine list, despite being very fairly priced. Their most bespoke bottle of red is the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon (2021), which while amazing for the $99.99 they charged, it was fairly flat, lacking the traditional vanilla perfume you'd expect from a pricey California Cabernet Sauvignon. Also took a bottle of GH Mumm Grand Cordon, which also did not taste as anticipated. I think the most plausible explanation might be heat damage, as both wines are usually well regarded but came up short.

They have the various different flavored tea. The Decor, cute, and effective. It's like there is a vibe of trying to be a local restaurant yet they are trying to survive in a corporate world. Now me being a T1D foodie means that I seek out meals comprised of meat and vegetables. Being a diabetic foodie is not fun or easy. My number one midday option is salad. If I were ever to be in a position in the restaurant world where I could Influence the menu, I would definitely make a true meal size salad a common option industry wide. In my opinion, ordering a salad isn't secret code for "I really don't want to eat." This is nothing against the original chophouse in particular because I have a hard time finding a salad at any restaurant that hits the spot. Yes, when we left the restaurant, I was still hungry. My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.
