Salad works in Doylestown is worth looking into. They make a good salad with fresh ingredients and to me at a fair price

That kiosk has GOT to go. The restaurant could certainly use a new coat of paint inside - and please replace the missing tiles at the front door. And please - when you run out of items - at least remove them from the dropdown lists on the kiosk. No Ranch Dressing - No rolls - but both were still listed - for which I was charged. read more

Incredibly rude employee made it very clear that the very existence of customers was bothersome. Out of multiple ingredients because she claimed she didn't have time to prep them because customers kept coming in. Muttered loudly about "these customers" the entire time she made salads. We had done nothing to be bothersome and were polite to her. Then she locked the door and closed an hour before closing time. What is the point of having such a horrible employee? Do you actively want to go out of business?? read more

Paul is amazing. Great food, great service. Going back! The salad was fresh, soups to die for and panini was delicious.

Ordering process via a kiosk was cumbersome. Took a long time to receive order. Did not have steak, substituted chicken with no refund. Overall salad was expensive and poor quality of ingredients. read more

Prices are up and quality and service are way down. Staff was very impolite, and salads are now over $12. Disappointed. We used to love coming here. Now it's barely tolerable. Keep your lettuce green - please. Hire happier people. read more

Didn't buy anything, defeated by the kiosk ordering system and no workers in front to ask for help. I guess the option for a Fiji Salad without pickled onions isn't possible. I'll never know for sure. read more

Overpriced. The very few pieces of chicken in my salad tasted canned. It was a nice change of pace from burger or pizza. YMMV.

Prices up dramatically . Over 20%. Salad bowl size reduced, and the soup was a little thin. Do they think we don't notice. read more

Food wasn't good. Staff wasn't too friendly either and the prices are too high. Grains were overcooked and crunchy. Worker did not know how to make my bowl and other workers did not walk her through. Won't be back. read more

Ordered a create your own... sat down to eat, made thru a 1/4 of the salade and lifted my fork to see a long wavy black hair in my salade I took the salade back up to the young lady that made it and showed her... She immediately said oh my gosh I'm so sorry that's my hair!!! I replied I know! (I have short blonde hair) She was very apologetic and refunded me the $ But this is the second not so pleasant experience I've had there in less then 2 weeks! (Last weeks being a old funky looking lettuce and very upset stomach for hours!) I will not give this Salad Works a third chance! To many restaurants to choose from in Doylestown to go back! read more

Absolutely horrible - staff was very rude! A total rip-off - do NOT go to this restaurant for anything!!!

Came in earlier this afternoon to be informed that they had no pasta this location needs better management and to make sure that the people that I work in there are doing their job read more

A complete rip off! Charging $1.29 for a little more dressing and i do mean a little. I used to get a bag of Lays with the meal instead of a roll. No more! $2.49 for a .50 bag of chips. When i asked why the chips were no longer offered i get a shrug od shoulders. Have your employees all on board with the policies because in the past when i asked for more dressing no problem without extra charges. Topping amount were ridiculously small. read more

I ordered two salads for delivery. 8mins before delivery time got a cancel notice and no explanation. I reached out to see what had occurred no response. Poor customer service. read more

My mom and I came to this Saladworks a few weeks ago- and I was disappointed. While the location is very clean and looks nice on the inside, our food was not great. The salad was much smaller, compared to other SW locations. The staff was also rude (I'm surprised that people are saying how friendly they are...perhaps I had the grumpy ones?) and too busy talking to each other. The line was very long, and the staff was very slow and not working well together, as far as making the food goes. They also have bizarre coupon rules- if you present a coupon, i.e. from the entertainment book, you can't get points on your salad. All I wanted was to swipe my rewards card, and I was told that it was simply impossible. A gentleman who appeared to be a manager was just baffled when he was presented with the coupon...that had their address on it specifically. I would not come back to this location again. read more

I've been going to this Saladworks for 10+ years. I don't know if they've changed ownership recently or the pandemic really had an effect, but they have really made a turn for the worst. The quality of the salads has really gone down. Ingredients aren't always fresh. They've reduced the ingredient choices (ex. no more egg whites) and the ingredients are mixing in with other ingredients. They don't seem to pick out the ingredients when they accidentally go into the wrong container. They no longer mix the dressing in for you. They also have horrible rolls now (that's the corps fault). In addition, they're no longer open on weekends. I used to get salads here once a month. That has now reduced to 3-5 times a year. They're just not the best anymore. Not worth the money. read more

STAY AWAY! Have been a very loyal Saladworks customer for over 10+ years. Sadly, after giving them numerous chances during these past 2 pandemic years, I need to just give up and go some place else. Today was the ultimate insult. Went in and nobody was there at the counter to help me. I waited over 5 minutes! Not one person came from the back. Sorry, but that amount of disrespect to me is unacceptable. Quality and customer service have gone way down in past 6 months. As some previous people have mentioned, clearly there has been a change of ownership and/or management. Time to make my own salads. Just a matter of time before this place goes out of business. read more

This location was great. Very nice employees and the size of the salad was more than adequate. Definitely felt that you were able to enjoy the salad. Ingredients were all fresh. Excellent!!! Other Saladworks locations should look at this picture of this salad and use this as a guide as to how a salad should be made! read more

Saladworks - a plate of salad on a tray - Sandwiches Near Me - Doylestown, Pennsylvania

I've been coming to this location for 10 years. They sold it last year and I've given it a full year with the new owners and have gone 10 or so times and every time has been a negative experience. The staff is never welcoming regardless of who is working. They are often in the back on their phones and/or don't respond to general courtesy (today when I was thanking the worker and saying I hope she had a great day, she cut me off and said "here you go" and roughly shoved the bag toward me). This is every time I'm here, and I consistently kind no matter the treatment I receive. Pair this with poor quality paninis and few choices for ingredients for the salads: I will officially never be back to this location. It's unfortunate what was allowed to happen to an exceptional Saladworks. read more

I wish this place was organic then it would be perfection. I have been a fan for over 10 years. When I lived in the area I came a couple times a week and got the same buffalo bleu salad old style every single time. Get the salads! Wraps are ok. Soups are ok. Bread is tasty. Service is always super nice! Lots of parking. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Saladworks for 4+ years now. I have always had delicious salads and never ever had a problem. Today my salad is inedible. I used my free birthday coupon and was excited for a Friday treat. Sadly this salad is going in the trash and I hate waste. The lettuce is not fresh, the chicken is clearly old and most of the toppings were not even full in their containers. I hate leaving a bad review and wasting food. But I can't eat this. read more

I've never had a problem ordering food here, and the food is always awesome. They have a variety of salads you can order, or you can make your own it is your choice...just be warned adding extras to a salad does cost you. The staff here are very friendly and will absolutely help you decided if you need help figuring out what to get. I always ask them for advice on the dressing since sometimes I'm unsure of what to get, and their recommendations are always good. My only gripe is that the salads range from 7-10 dollars a salad, which is pricy. You do get a solid sized salad with bread on the side, but I'm a firm believer that salads shouldn't cost more than 5 dollars. My favorite salad is the fire roasted cabo jack. ALWAYS a good choice in my book, but if you aren't into getting a salad you can also get a sandwich or wrap here too...they even have soups! I will continue to come here, when I have the money, because I've never had a bad moment here. read more

I ordered soup and as I was drinking it I noticed a dark red hair in it. I will not be coming here again!

The food is pretty good, very nice for if you are eating healthy. It is next to my gym so its good for after a work out

My name is Lucy and I am addicted to Saladworks! I eat a Saladworks salad 2 - 4 times per week. The ingredients are fresh, tasty and (mostly) healthy. You can easily have a meal that is 300 calories or less and delicious -- a rare combination. The soups are good too (I particularly like the Fiesta Tortilla), and many are less than 100 calories per serving read more

I go to salad works frequently with my boyfriend and I was very disappointed with this location. The chicken in my salad was bone dry and the salad consisted of more croutons than lettuce. You could barely call it a salad due to the lack of lettuce. The salad was also much smaller than ones I have had at other locations. Usually it's big enough to share, this one was barely enough to fill one person. Safe to say I wouldn't recommend this salad works location. read more

The food is good but don't come at lunch. They only use one cash register and it takes so long to get the food. From the time I ordered and stood there waiting to pay was 15 mins. The salad was ready in just about two mins. It is crazy that they don't open the other register when the line is so long. There is a new place right down the street that knows how to handle the lunch rush so much better. It is a shame because the staff and the food are good. read more

I love Saladworks for a quick yet healthy meal. My favorite is their Greek salad with a size wheat roll for cleaning up all the good dressing afterwards :) Their soups are consistently good as well. read more

OMG! Had a long day and had a craving for Saladworks to go; looked forward to enjoying it at home with a big ol glass of wine. Walked in at 6:00PM and was told "we're closed" by one of the staff while 2 staff behind counter observed. So, I said, "the sign says open til 8:00, and her fresh response was, "Not Today!" Unbelievable! Panera bread, here I come from now on! read more

The food is good, but it seems as if the employees are getting paid to NOT smile and to purposefully make you feel bad for bothering them.

Went here 2xs this week I thought maybe the first time was a mistake so I tried it again...still got a very small salad which is shocking since it's $10..other locations I always had plenty and the box was filled..the chicken is not cut up small and you barely get any..I'm hoping something changes at this location..more lettuce chicken please!! read more

Everytime, regardless of the hour, it is a fresh as it gets! I have been to a a few mediocre Saldad work franchises, this is by far the best! Thank you read more
