Very disappointed! My window is broken and won't roll down so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. I go up to the window and tell the lady I'd like to order 2 salads and I'm paying with cash. she tells me I have to order it on the kiosk but they only take cards and if your paying cash you have to go through the drive-thru. I said again my window is broke can I just order it and walk to the other side and hand you the money. Basically I didn't get my salads cause she would'nt do that. The service sucks here. I use to come here all the time and I'm going to be going elsewhere. You should have someone doing the walkup for more service. read more

I woke up today and discovered a charge on my credit card dated 8/1/18 from this location of Salad and Go. My last visit there was 6/8/18! Tried to call the location and got voicemail. Called my bank and my card was cancelled and the charge will be reported as fraud. FINALLY found an online chat to contact someone and they had Paul contact me by email to respond to the charge (see response below from Paul) and here's my response to Paul: Paul, I do not have any intention of returning to Salad and Go - EVER - so the $100.00 gift card is of no interest or consolidation to me. Your reference to your "business mission" is complete BS and just a way to try to defer the issue and honestly, I could care less about your attempt to promote a place of business that is crooked as far as I am concerned. Your mission, had it been truly valid, would have been to absorb the loss and NOT lose customers by running charges on their credit cards almost 2 months after they had been at Salad and Go causing people to question the charge, call their bank, cancel their card, etc...!!! By the way, I tried in good faith calling the Pinnacle Peak Road and 19th Avenue location to confirm the charge and guess what - all you can get is voice mail, cannot even speak to a live person, now that's great customer service and I bet intentional as I'm sure they have been swamped with angry callers! Yep, great customer service Salad and Go! Your business decision and actions have caused me a lot of unnecessary work and effort to be done as it relates to my credit card to correct the error, notify all my auto pay accounts, not to mention the most important consideration which is customer TRUST which has been grossly violated! Legit awesome. A friend recommended this place a week ago and I've now been here 3 times in 4 days. First, I had the Sante Fe wrap with chicken. Great flavor and it was all so fresh. Honestly, I would have liked it better without the chicken because the veggies were delicious. I got the breakfast bowl (egg whites, bacon, potatoes and spinach with a light dressing in there) today and was really impressed with the flavor and, again, the freshness. We got a smoothie and my son actually loved it- and it has beets in it- score! Salad and Go now earns 5 stars from me!! I have been here several times since my first review and each time, the salads have been on point!! I've also tried the smoothies and they are great. I wish there was a little more customization available for them, but the friendly employee explained to me why there isn't (basically due to the time constraints of operating a drive-thru in an efficient manner) Yesterday I tried the Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Salad and it was so yummy. I don't even like Brussels sprouts, but I devoured them! My wife and I drive by the place every now and then. I almost always point it out and say we should try it out. So today I suggest we stop by for lunch on a nice Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Southwest Caesar with chicken. She got the BBQ Caesar with steak. We were both impressed with the portion sizes as compared to the prices. Both had good flavor and appropriate amounts of dressing mixed in. We will definitely be back again to try some new salads. Check out the seasonal ( or monthly ) salads, I like to switch it up with those. It's fall buy the soup, delicious. For summer, I'll run buy for 4 salads, they fit perfect in my small cooler, we take them to the lake (so easy, and healthy) for later, no prep for me. They will shake it for you, or dressing on the side. My husband and daughter get 2 dressings. 1 is plenty for me. Eaten here for over three months, several times a week. The consistency is very high but I do notice differences in my 7pm salad to the usual 1pm one. E.G., the number of grape tomatoes seems to be highly random at night, my wife has noted more inconsistencies in their greek with the number of olives at these times too. Prices are great, I first came here as I was trying to remove a lot of crap from my diet but not morning burritos and here I was right next to my work a location that gave me a great one, fresh ingredients and fast service at the same price and 1/2 the calories and about 1/3 of the sodium that my old mate Jack tossed out. After a while, I was curious enough to try out the salads and found that holy heck I could live on them. Just over $6 for a cobb salad, it's good enough I don't get the additional proteins. That's my biggest problem with SnG, the proteins aren't that good, just bland, not enough for the money, I can do better for less, when it comes to the salad it's a great deal. Staff appear to be as happy as your average Dutch Brothers ( very) but there's no time to chat that building is one hell of a salad shooter and most of the time between the order and moving 2-3 car lengths down it's time to go! I'm obsessed with this place right now. Such a great deal for yummy healthy food. Great portions too! I've had lots of the salads and have never been disappointed - Cobb, bbq ranch, Santa Fe, Antipasto, Apple... They're all so good! I ordered the breakfast bowl after my husband had ordered a salad the previous day. He recommended I try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised how filling it was, especially considering it was mainly egg whites and spinach. I barely finished it it was so filling! I think it had a hint if balsamic vinegar which is not something I would normally get at breakfast. There were a handful of basic ingredients but they were paired amazingly together. My wife just visited the location on cave creek and had a horrible experience. English is not her first language but speaks it well. When trying to order the worker Maria could not understand right away so my wife talked clearer and they got the order but when asked if she want utensils she didn't understand so the worker Maria used a very rude tone saying one word at a time being very insulting to her. When we got to the counter she asked who she was taking to and they just said Maria but she wouldn't come talk to her and just made her coworker say sorry.I can't believe that still in 2021 there are bigoted people in this world and worst in the service industry. This place is brilliant! Fresh ingredients, delicious, quick, affordable! My only complaint and reasoning to deduct one star, is that this business is in a busy lunch hour area with a ton of businesses within 3 miles of its location. My office has over 140 people and we order from different locations almost daily. Salad and go does not give an option to order food for pick up which makes it extremely difficult to pick up a large order for 15+ people. I really wish they would have an online, or even order over the phone option to put in large orders for pick up. I wish there was a Salad and Go where I live! Service was amazingly quick -- they were super busy when we went there around lunchtime, with a line of cars trailing out of their drive thru. We went and ordered at the window. Ordering was easy and the cashier was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I was surprised by how quickly our food was ready since they were so busy. I got the cobb salad and it was delicious. My family also enjoyed their food. I live a few states away, but if I'm ever in Phoenix again I'll make sure to come by here. read more

I'm staying at the Hilton right behind this place, it's hot and I wanted something close by. Glad I picked this place. It's so convenient to the hotel, I hope more guests with patron this place. I am obsessed with this place right now. First of all, love the drive-thru. All the employees here are super friendly (shout out to Charles in the drive-thru window) and everyone is as accommodating as possible about allergies/etc. Their menu is descriptive and even lists calories for every entree! To make it even better, the food is great!! I love the Caesar wrap on white (with chicken), and the Santa Fe salad (no protein). The chia seed pudding is also amazing, just sweet enough! I've had their smoothies which I am also a fan of, but be aware that I don't think they use added sweetener, so it's not like "Jamba Juice sweet" (which honestly I prefer). Their cucumber mint lemonade is PHENOMENAL. I want to drink it literally every day. Everything here tastes fresh, light, and isn't too expensive.
