I was excited to try this place because we have one in Houston but I have not had a chance to stop. I ordered the cucumber mint lemonade and jalapeño ranch chicken wrap my sister ordered the basil lemonade and Greek salad. The cucumber mint lemonade had a lot of pulp and for me it was extremely pulpy which I do not like. My sister liked her drink. When we got home I strained my drink which made it more manageable to drink. My sister liked her salad minus the olives. I liked my wrap but it did not have any jalapeños and I found three large tomatoes in the wrap to which one I almost swallowed because I did not know it was in the wrap. When making a wrap things large like tomato's should be cut up. All in all I am not sure if I will try them again. read more

The salad was a huge serving. Got the caprese. I loved the green pesto(?) sauce that came with it. The other sauce was tart, so I didn't need to pour everything in. I tried out the tofu for funsies...and I was pleasantly surprised. The tofu was actually marinated in some kind of brown sauce, so it was not bland at all. I'm blown away by the quality of ingredients and price for a fast food salad. This place is incredibly efficient and offers a great product for a low price. You definitely want to order online so you can customize your salad to your hearts desire. They have several pre designed options or you can build your own, included is a protein, 4 toppings, 2 premium toppings and your choice of dressing. Add bonus is that you can pick up your order in a completely separate drive thru line from everyone else! The mobile pick up line is on the East side of the building (same side as Race Trac). If you don't get a chance to mobile order, they have two ordering lines on the other side. Is it the best salad I've ever had? No. Is it the best fast food salad? Absolutely. And a drive thru and for a low price? I think this place is here to stay and we are going to see this chain spread like wildfire. The Buffalo chicken was quite tasty. Next time I'll opt for the blue cheese, the ranch was okay. Not as good as homemade but not bad. The avocado was fresh, the tortilla strips crispy, every single topping looked great I didn't find a single piece of produce that didn't look like the picture of freshness. And the dressing comes on the side so your salad doesn't get soggy. All of it packaged just perfectly in a container that can be shaken to toss it all together. I am truly uncertain why this place has four stars. My first visit was the week it opened and the salad was really sparse and bland tasting. I even had pieces of lettuce that looked old. I figured it was new and so I'd give it a second chance. I went today and ordered the Autumn salad asked for a little extra Parmesan, thinking it was fresh Parmesan, come to realize when I get the salad it's just the dry powdered Parmesan, and there was no dressing on the salad or even on the side. I didn't find this out till I was a mile away. Further, it's just really a big bowl of lettuce with some fixings. I don't know about you, but I really don't like eating plain lettuce, with no dressing and powdered Parmesan. As a huge fan of salad n go, I'm so disappointed with how much the quality of food has gone down at this location. I used to frequent this place for lunch because it's the healthiest option for a quick lunch at this shopping center. I've come in for cold brew coffee first thing in the morning and recently it's always watered down whether I get it in the morning or noon for lunch. The salad's quantity of meat is so little even after paying $2 for extra. It's also annoying that they put my dressing inside the salad box rather than in the bag because my dressings end up with sauces from the meat all over them from the buffalo salad and makes it a mess to open. It defeats my whole goal of a quick convenient lunch if I'm having to clean up all over before even getting to eat! Sadly, I will probably have to look for other healthy and fast lunch alternatives in the area if the quality doesn't improve soon...I've beat salad n go to the punch and have already submitted feedback on the website. The tortillas they use for their wraps are disgusting. They are too thick and extremely difficult to bite. My wrap came apart when I had to rip a bite off. I was really hopeful that it would be good since it was my first wrap. Thankfully I ate it at my desk so the contents wouldn't be all over my lap. My husband kept raving about the one near his office so when they just opened this location only a mile from our house I had to try it. I was skeptical because I've been to a few of these salad places and they usually end up overpriced and underwhelming. Well, this place did not disappoint! I can't believe how much high quality produce you get for such a low cost. For less than 6 dollars you get a huge salad with fresh produce and a protein of your choice (they offer tofu as a vegetarian alternative) and they serve you in approximately 60 seconds, it's unreal. I had the jalapeño ranch salad (without the bacon). I loved that they don't give you too much dressing and they pack it neatly on the side. I didn't use all of it but it was very tasty. The pickled onions and corn were a really nice touch, great balance of flavor. My husband ordered the Cobb salad without cheese and Balsamic vinaigrette, which is his favorite. I love that they effortlessly customize your salads and they're still lightning fast. We're definitely going to be making this place a regular stop! read more

The concept is great; healthy "fast food." The quality of the food is decent for the money, but this location just can't get the order right. I recently ordered a Cobb wrap with chicken. I got home and found that it had no chicken. It was still pretty good, but there was no protein. It did have a lot of avocado, which I liked. I went back tonight and tried it again. This time there was no avocado. Another issue I have is that they took away the Caprese salad. My 19 year old daughter was stopping there at least 3 times per week lately just for the Caprese salad. I've bought salads for dinner and extra salads at times for lunch the next day (as my meal prep option) and the salad is still just as fresh! I have had trouble w this location. Mostly, my trouble is related to my broken window. I order at other locations from the walk up window --no problem, friendly and kind service. This place in Fairview is so annoyed if I order from the walk up window. They want me to go thru the drive thru and get out of the car at the drive thru window and order; just the room between the car and the wall of the drive thru makes it difficult and odd.
