This is my second time here and definitely not my last. I had kept hearing about it, and I finally stopped by. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the salads and the menu options. The first time I came to Salad and Go, I got the Roasted Autumn salad, I loved the sweet potatoes, candied pecans, and dried cranberries on the salad. The portion size and the price were great! Cheaper than a burger and healthy, it is a win-win! I also added avocado and it was a reasonable upcharge. The staff was nice, patient, and helpful when I asked questions my first time there. The only option is to go hence the name, there is no sitting area. The second time I came, I got the Thai salad. It was tasty as well but I will call out that the salad dressing that it was paired with Thai peanut has a spicy kick. I also got the Blueberry Basil Lemonade, it was very good and it has pieces of basil and lemon in it. Can't wait to go back!

Picked up a burrito and a cold brew when we were out of town. We loved the affordability of this restaurant!! I could see myself coming for lunch! Hope we get one in San Antonio soon!

Today I got a caprese salad. it was very good as always I've had this solid and go before the service is very quick and the mint lemonade is the best option to have. I'm trying to try all of the salads and the Thai salad is very good as well as the jalapeño one. The salads also are about $6.24, which is a really good deal if you compare this to Chick-fil-A salad or a salad at the store. It's a great fast option to continue to eat healthy and before food. It's also a big filling with meats what happened no you doing are you eating your hands such as chicken steak and tofu. The only thing that annoyed me was not having a fork, but everyone makes mistake and it's so close to home, no biggie.

Talk about bang for your buck! Tried this place for the first time, and the service was extremely quick and friendly. When I think of a "wrap" I do not expect to be given something sized more akin to a Chipotle burrito that would instantly make me feel insecure about the small girth of my forearms... I got the greek wrap with tofu and the blueberry basil lemonade, both of which are amazing. I will definitely be back!

Since we don't live in the area, we're not sure how new it is, but the space itself definitely makes an impression. The atmosphere is awesome -- very moody and chic with a cool, trendy vibe. It feels thoughtfully designed and would be a great spot to hang out with friends if you're not in a rush. We were warmly greeted by the manager and hostess, which made for a great first impression. That said, the experience quickly slowed down -- and I mean really slowed down. First tip: do not go here if you're in any kind of hurry. Service was incredibly slow from start to finish. Our waitress also had a noticeable undertone of attitude, which didn't help the pacing issue. We ordered iced tea, an appetizer, and a salad to start. The salad unfortunately came absolutely drenched in dressing. We also ordered the garlic cheese bombs, which were actually very good -- though by the time they arrived, we were so hungry from waiting that anything might have tasted amazing. There were several small service details that added up. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for plates, and we even had to ask for ice for the iced tea. We were never offered drink refills the entire time we were there. Everything is served on small appetizer plates, and when our pizza arrived (which was good -- fluffy dough with great flavor), we had to ask for new plates. The response was, "Do you want more plates?" which felt a bit strange. We also weren't given any pizza serving utensils, so we ended up using butter knives to cut it. Overall, this place has a very cool, chic vibe and the food itself has good flavor. However, the service was extremely slow and came with a bit of attitude, which made the experience frustrating. If you're looking for a laid-back evening and have plenty of time, it could be worth a visit -- just don't expect quick or particularly attentive service.

They both came with Sea Salt potato chips and a kosher dill spear. My wife gave it a 4 star because the bacon was not cooked crispy enough for her but she said it was good. My Turkey Time sandwich looked a little on the small size but was very good and was over stuffed with meat and melted cheese and was very filling. We will go back so I'm giving them 5 stars. The open sign was still on, and 4 more people walked in after me and was turned away as well. NOWHERE does it state you stop serving at a specific time, and you and me BOTH know you wetent magically outta potatoes tonight. The coldness and lack of customer service was unprofessional, and not acceptable. I found an AMAZING local Italian place for cheaper than these hefty priced potatoes. This last time I went, I was a little disappointed. I got the 2 for 2 and because I don't eat meat. I chose not to get chicken, and I added avocado on my berry salad, but I had to pay a dollar which felt like a lot, because I did the 2 for 2, you get a much smaller portion, of a salad. I also got their veggie chili, which I love that they offered a vegetarian option. Now the first strike was as I was leaving I asked about the chocolate chip I had ordered for my daughter. If I hadn't asked I would have had to come back because they forgot to put it in the bag. When I got home, I was ready to eat but I almost went back (again) because when I looked at my salad it looked like they forgot my avocado. But as I got further, into the light I saw 3 little slivers of avocado. It definitely felt like I paid for way more than I got. Will I come back? Yes. Is their food normally good? Yes., However this last experience, definitely did not deserve a four star or higher.
