When they opened, they were fresh and innovative. Now, they are a chinchy hyped up salad spot. They had replaced Panera for me as a fresh salad option at a lower price point. Tonight, was my last visit. Their app isn't good for anything but ordering in advance for a pickup so I deleted it. They were out of avocados so I asked for extra bacon bits in their place. Turns out that was an extra 1/2 a teaspoon. I got the same amount of chicken. The kicker was the half packet of dressing. When did they start doing that? I haven't had a salad for a bit so I must have missed all this downsizing. The salad mix used to fill the container, it barely reached the top tonight. Two salads and two lemonades, $20.00. I got a couple of salads to have one for dinner and one for lunch tomorrow. I had to combine them into the same container to get the most for my money. I even said no eggs so I saved them money. No avocados and no eggs, so they could have spared more than a teaspoon of bacon bits and enough dressing to at least cover the lettuce. This was sad beyond belief. It is lettuce and salad mix so now I guess make it at home. It's not worth the gas to drive past the grocery store. read more

This location is easier to get in and out of, than the location by the hospital. However, every time I have been it has taken longer to get through the line and the serving sizes are noticably smaller. Not with the toppings or protein but with the base, the salad. I have eaten here twice, and I think it is worth trying. The first time I ate here, I ordered a Thai wrap. It was good and decently filling. The second time I ate here, I ordered a Jalapeno Ranch Salad (pictured below) and a Cold Brew Coffee with Oat Milk (pictured below). The salad was good and mildly filling. For me, it was enough to be satiating but not quite full. The cold-brew coffee was passable, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's definitely sufficient if you just need a caffeine fix. Overall, I think this place is solid and worth a try! The salads and wraps are $6.24 each, which I feel is a good value. The drinks were a good value as well. I think my coffee was still less than $2, even with the charge for oat milk. If I worked near here, I think it would be a satisfying and healthy lunch option that I would get on a regular basis. read more

I don't give out many reviews, I try to only post positive ones. Blown away by this place. My wrap and pink lemonade was delicious. The lemonade wasn't overly sweet and it was worth the 200 calories for something refreshing. I got the jalapeño ranch salad wrap with chicken. It was a great portion size. Tasted fantastic. Not overly dressed, just the right amount. Good amount of chicken in it. I also ordered the protein pack which came with a hard boiled egg, cucumber and chicken. Awesome snack for $4. Went back an hour later to pick up a wrap for my employee as well. He loved it. Extremely fast service, and a friendly guy at the counter. I was very excited about the Salad and Go coming in Hurst! So they finally opened and I went to get a breakfast burrito which I had heard was very good! I got the regular one I believe with bacon! Unfortunately I did not care for the taste or the red sauce! I wanted to also try the green sauce since it was my first time however they wanted to charge me for it so I declined! I work nights, so I am super excited to be able to get a salad when I get off. I think the overall portion is great, though I really want more veggies. The employees have always been very helpful and extremely pleasant. Lovely after a crazy night shift! The prices are fantastic! My one complaint is the quality of the salad dressing, which is an issue for the company to fix. They are very watery in terms of viscosity. I ordered the Thai salad and I absolutely love peanut butter based dressings. They kindly gave me 2 bags of the dressing. I was dismayed at both at how thin it was and relatively tasteless. I got hits of peanut butter here & there, but mostly not much. The lettuce leaves looked like I poured an oil based dressing on instead & at the bottom of my dish, the remaining dressing looked like a dilute skim milk, with bits of the original color in little spots. I had a huge issue with this and haven't ordered the Thai wrap because of the dressing. It would be like pouring water into my wrap! I tried the Caesar salad, hoping for better.No joy. Same watery dressing and definitely not Caesar in taste. I want to order their food, but until they vastly improve their salad dressings, I won't be back. read more

Came here today for the first time because I had a taste for a good salad or sandwich (something healthier than some of the other quick options in town). I got two Chicken Caesar Salas wraps, two tea's (an Arnold Palmer & a Mango Green Tea), and two extra dressings for just $18, which sounds like a lot but these wraps were HUGE. My boyfriend and I both couldn't even finish our wraps because of how big and filling they were!! They were super delicious too. I got the two extra Caesar dressings in case they weren't saucy enough and we didn't even touch them because they were perfect the way they were. Definitely recommend trying it out if you want something quick, cheap, healthy, and tasty for a change!! We will be coming here more often! Went for a salad and no dressing that's crazy esp getting home after traffic house just to come home an eat a salad with no ranch

Well, I was looking forward to trying the Salad and Go at Cooper and Bardin, Arlington, Tx, on Monday. It was raining quite hard, and when the clerk came over the intercom, I could tell it was going to be challenging. Nevertheless, she took my order and asked me to proceed toward the pickup window. Upon arriving the clerk couldn't find my order. She requested that I stay put while she discussed the matter. After a few minutes a different clerk came to the window to assist. Then another approached the window. In the process, I assume they had determined that my order was not placed. Yet, they had the customer's order who came in after me, in the opposite lane. I told the woman that it was no big deal and repeated my order. That's when things broke down. She said that I would have to leave and start over in the order line. I said, "you're kidding me, aren't you". She then stated that it was against company policy to take an order at the window, and that I'd be required to start over at the back of the line, even though they had failed to process my order. Needless to say, I was not happy and refused their instruction. As soon as I arrived home, I contacted corporate customer service via the Salad and Go website. While I'm not one to immediately go and trash a business on social media, I stated that I'd look forward to their response to this ordeal. It's now been three days with zero response from Salad and Go. Since it seems there is no customer care, I think it's fair to share this experience on social media. Bottom line, you'll never see my review of their fare, since they failed to admit their mistake, in essence forced my negative experience as a customer, and ultimately failed to respond when the situation was brought to their corporate office. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER do their mobile order around 11:30 am - 1 pm they are disorganized and will get you through the drive through way faster. Wasted 1/2 of my lunch break just waiting in the mobile order line. In 30 min I sat there waiting 15 plus cars went through the drive through. Truly poor service. Apparently the drive through takes first priority over mobile orders and they only have one person working mobile while the rest of the staff does drive through. I just tried the new restaurant Salad and Go off Cooper St in Arlington folks! I chose the Chicken Cobb with Blue cheese dressing and it was absolutely delicious. They have a handful of salads which you can make into a wrap. They also have a breakfast menu and a combo that's only for breakfast. Over all a cool concept and a healthy lunch/dinner choice. Did I mention SAG prices are on point! There aren't too many places where you can get a huge salad and drink for under $10! read more
