Inside is spacious, clean and what's really interesting is that they have informative areas that showcase the distillation process and other fun facts about the distillery! I enjoy coming for their tasting that they offer. While it use to be free of charge local businesses in the area that also had tastings started charging so that makes sense especially with the amount of visitors they get! Luckily it's only $5 dollars and you get a chance to enjoy a variety of their products. There are employees are different stations that give you information on the spirits and mixers they offer while they craft drinks for you to try. Such as a mule with their vodka, a sweet tasting drink with their crafted rum, another with gin and the final stopping point is an old fashioned! If you end up loving any of the drinks, you're able to purchase a bottle there in their gift shop. They also offer to hold any of your purchases for a later pickup time if you don't want to be holding onto your purchase if you're busy visiting and exploring the city. They also provide different paid experiences involving their whiskey. I have yet to try them out but maybe one day I'll make sure to!

We stopped in unexpectedly, signed in without any trouble, and were done in under a half hour. It helped that it wasn't crowded at all and our group of 5 were the only ones on the tasting tour at the time. You get to taste 4 different cocktails made with their various products. The first two were decent, with the second being a step up from the first. The third was our favorite by far, a tiki rum cocktail that actually had a really nice flavor to it. The fourth and final one was a straight vodka pour from an older woman at the last station. She told us that good vodka shouldn't taste like nail polish, which is a bold thing to say right before handing someone a sample that tasted pretty much exactly like acetone. A couple of us couldn't even finish it. The staff overall were super friendly though, and it was genuinely cool getting to go behind the scenes and see all the big machinery in the distillery. Now the gift shop at the end is a different story. Everything was overpriced, and their clearance section was almost insulting, with maybe $2 knocked off the regular prices. We won't be buying any of their products, but for $5 the tasting itself was a fun little experience worth checking out if you're in the area.

It was a nice local place to stop by and support. It had a really good vibe when you walked in. It looked like your typical local distillery room when you come on with the barrels. Shout out especially to Jersey, she did nothing but make us feel welcome and a priority with our son. Jersey went out of her way to make sure we were picked up and assisted quickly and kindly. Her attitude is fantastic and our whole family was in love. The dispatcher, Cajun, was another amazing person of assistance. We also encountered Summer as someone who assisted us getting him off a lift and then also was fantastic later on as a driver of ours. Hilary was another great help as she coordinated a shuttle to pick us up at one point to get us to a stop faster.

We stopped at three different bars and explored some different areas all within walking distance. The first place was beer only, so my significant other got a free drink since the tour guide bought everyone's first round. The next place we ordered shots and the third place, Stogies, we didn't drink. The first distillery, was very large and you were able to see the machines in the back. The restroom was clean but had minimal waiting space. We only had a few hecklers outside the tour, but we ignored them and made jokes about it since they were pretty wasted. We learned different stories in the area including burial spots. The bars were pretty packed so we did what we could to avoid others and be too close. I happened to catch some orbs in some photos I took which was really cool. Stogies was the most interesting. The guide told us about Annie, who used to own the building. He explained townspeople didn't like her and she was found murdered on her own door step. So she's been called a malevolent spirit. That the bar staff close in pairs and she's injured other staff before. We also took pictures upstairs too. All in all it was a good trip and good price. Only 25 per person. Would definitely do again.

We recently took the Ghosts & Gravestones tour in St. Augustine and had a really fun time overall…read more Even before the tour started, the waiting area set the mood perfectly--it had a slightly creepy vibe with all the displays, which got us excited (and a little on edge) for what was coming. Our tour guide was fantastic--engaging, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of theatrical. The driver was also a character and added some extra personality to the experience. The stops were interesting, especially the wax museum and the old jail. My wife got a bit freaked out at those parts, but nothing was over-the-top scary. If you're looking for something entertaining with a spooky twist--but not too intense--this is definitely worth doing. We're glad we went and would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!
