She screamed at me as I tried to open up the refrigerator to get a cooled Sauvignon Blanc, not seeing the aggressive sign it was ONLY for the worker to touch the wine. Then she screamed at my daughter looking at an umbrella. Talk about anger issues! This shop was the exact opposite experience. I was greeted upon walking in, offered assistance to pick out wine and the owner engaged with my daughter. I was so much happier to spend my money here vs Fort Alley. I ended up getting some Italian reds, a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and some wines from my Paso Robles in Southern California, one of my favorite wine regions. I was hoping to get some Prosciutto but the shop was all out. The shopkeeper explained there was a rush from customers and she didn't get her regular order in. It was completely understandable. And appreciated her sharing why it wasn't available rather than being dismissive like at the previous wine shop I was at over at Fort Alley. I am so glad I came to this shop. I come to St. Augustine often to visit my family and I'll be back.

Great selection of all other types of liquor and wine, with plenty of room to walk the aisles and check out the selections. Friendly and helpful staff can guide you to what you want. They even have a nice cheese cooler and decent cigar selection so you can enjoy your liquor with a little bit of fancy. Also filled with helpful, friendly employees. I always find what I need, and usually at a great price, plus Broudy's always has Samuel Adams on sale, which always gets an extra star from me. Also a highlight of my visits- right near the entrance, they always have a bulletin board with pictures of people who have shoplifted from them, so you can look for people you know, laugh at the people you don't, and find out how many have been arrested. Hilarious. Anyways, I love shopping Broudy's- whether here or Cobblestone. Super friendly employees, great prices, great selection, and both have drive-thru windows. It's a definite WTF moment to see a drive-thru at a liquor store, but if you're on the go, they'll take care of you. Recommended.

My husband had a couple bottles of the Kentucky bourbon ale and when we came back after dinner, he switched to the local Tampa Bay Brewing companies night swim out of Coppertail Brewery. I was super excited. They had the original sin New York style to dry cider, but it's not super dry but it's one of my favorite and very few people actually carried this one from original sin. I was going to switch to the goose Island macaroon stout that they had from 2024, but they wanted $50 for the bottle which is a huge markup from the retail price of about 20 to 22.
