Some of the best Pho I have ever had and I've eaten it all over the US. I tried the beef brisket, the pork banh mi sandwich and my son had the chicken and rice dish. The banh mi was fantastic as well and my son enjoyed ate over half of it. His chicken was a little plain, the rice was fantastic, but overall it wasn't a plate I would try again, though he ate it all up. You order at a kiosk and get your drink yourself which I kind of liked. Our food arrived in under 10 minutes of ordering. The owner was the re to check on us and ask us our opinion of the food. When I came here, I was definitely surprised to see that you order by the kiosk and then wait for the food. The time you see a waiter is when they bring the food. Drinks are self serve. The food comes out quickly. I enjoyed the vegan fried pot stickers. The Banh Mi sandwich was okay. I've had Banh Mi sandwiches in cities like Seattle and Atlanta. The difference is noticeable. But, it's still a fine sandwich. The place is very clean, which is important. I like the interior design. It's well heated when the outside weather is less than hospitable. With COVID-19, they have it as self-service for ordering and you get your own toppings and then they bring you your dish. I recommend the steak bahn mi sandwich and steak pho combo. I'm picky about my pho, they have to have really good broth to do it for me, I was surprised by how good their broth was they use a lot of fat in it so it's really rich. It's owned by the same owners as Chang Thai on high street. You order on tablets and they bring the food out to you. We both get the deluxe pho with everything in it and it's pretty good. The serving sizes here are smaller, which goes against everything my Greensburg physique demands, and it's not quite as authentic. Spring rolls aren't very good either, they look like obese banana slugs filled with 5 pounds of rice noodles and 1 piece of shrimp. The hours here are weird too. They close for a bit in the middle of the day on Sundays. You want some reliability in case of emergency cravings. You see, in Greensburg, we keep our places open 24 hours a day 7 days a week because we never know where the hunt will take us and when the hunt will end. That being said, this place serves the only Banh Mi in town, is located conveniently, and the pho is still good eats. Absolutely delicious!! I've only ever tried their brisket banh mi and pho bowl, but that's because they are SO good! I've tried pho at a few places, and this one is definitely in my top 3. The service is great and the associates are always helpful and professional. The only reason I took one star off is because I ordered take out the other day, and I got all the way home to realize there were none of the classic vegetables (bean sprouts, cilantro, etc) that usually come with pho. I turned around and went back to the restaurant (I only live about 5 minutes away) and they told me that pick up orders have to add their own vegetables at the salad bar. I've eaten a lot of pho in my life, and while I've had better, this place is definitely at the top of my list for delicious food. The beef broth is flavorful, the noodles are the perfect size and the steak is very good. My husband ordered Bahn Mi and was very, very satisfied with the flavors as well. The only reason I'm giving this restaurant four stars is because of the shrimp summer rolls. They were good, but really lacked flavor without the dipping sauce. Another positive to this restaurant is the fact that they deliver. Our order, although somewhat expensive, was delivered quickly and the toppings included with the pho were wonderful.
