    Vegetarian pho
    Alexis R.

So so good!! I love their pho and its like the perfect ratio of meat to noodles!! I've only been here twice and the first time i ordered a rare steak pho and then the second time i ordered the vegetarian pho. Both were delicious. It was made pretty quickly too. I probably waited for only ~5 minutes. Definitely coming back here again!

Chicken Banh mi B-3 the only thing I order here- it is super tasty and a good price!

This rating is just for the Bahn Mi sandwiches. This is my favorite Bahn mi spot and the price is incredible for such a large sandwich! Their warm spread and flavorful chicken make them the best around.

Craving pho and popped in after seeing it on our way home. Didn't know this was here but excited there's something in Natomas since Saigon Alley isn't open. Solid 4! Casual eatery style seating situated alongside a grocery style market. (There's only one aisle though) You order at the counter and there's a great variety of options. 4.5/5 Beef pho - great flavor and good portion size 4/5 Spring roll 3.5/5 Grilled Pork with rice (the meat was a bit dry. Next time I'll try the vermicelli. 3/5 Unicorn boba (Thai tea + Taro) 4/5 Pork Banh mi - bread was delicious The pho and banh mi were the best. We will definitely be back!

Only grabbed a couple bahn mi to go. A very generously sized and stuffed sandwich. That bread is the perfect sandwich loaf!

The stag was nice treated me when I came in and was polite the whole time I ordered the grilled pork spring rolls and the grilled chicken and a Thai tea. Let me say the flavor of the pork was delicious. I love that they don't fill it with a whole lot of lettuce. I do wish that the they had carrots and not cucumber in it, but overall it was delicious and the sauce omg yes especially if you add chili sauce to it makes it 100000. The Thai tea was good as well a little sweet but delicious definitely will be coming back

pho is expensive for what you get.

Beef pho was not good. You only get 2-3 pieces of the meat. Broth was very bland, watered down and was predominately smelled clove. No greetings, when entered or left. There was no service. Ambiance is cafeteria self serve, I had to serve my own plates. Food was not good, service wasn't existent, and definitely did not have a "restaurant" quality, yet the cost and portions of the pho was reflective of nicer restaurant. Try the rice plate or bahn mi. Pho was really bad.

Ordered the chicken vermicelli. It tasted good! Order in the counter and they bring your order in your table. Great service. Enjoy the Vietnamese music while you're enjoying your food!

Sometimes I just want a GOOD bowl of protein and noodles....and this place checked the boxes for both the Hubs and I! Their charbroil pork and vermicelli was flavorful and delicious. Hubs got the Korean short rib, rice, topped with an over easy egg. Some Vietnamese restaurants give you more noodles/rice ratio than meat, however, this place is pretty generous and doesn't skimp on the meat! I do want to try their Banh Mi sandwiches and Pho next. Staff was friendly and accommodating, restaurant was clean and they have a little store to buy Asian snacks and groceries which i though was pretty cool. This is one of our top favorite restaurants for lunch during the work week if we want to eat out.

When we walked in the restaurant smelled really good. There is a small dry grocery section and I ended up buying some bamboo in chili oil. The lady at the cash register greeted us with a smile and asked how our day was going. She was very sweet. We ordered Bahn mi sandwiches and they have a good variety of options. I noticed that adding pate is only 50 cents which is super reasonable in today's society pricing. The bathroom was really clean and have a funny sign in it about keeping the toilet clean. Our food was completed really quickly, maybe 5 min, and there were a few people of head of us. The sandwiches were very refreshing, the pate was flavorful, and the bread was toasty and very delicious. They have a really good menu full of variety, I noticed another couple eating pho and stew. So I plan to go back and try their other dishes.

I come here for the Chicken Pho! The flavor of the broth is one of my favorites in Sacramento! Reasonably priced for a filling portion. They only have 1 size but it's enough to get you full. I would say that at first glance it doesn't seem like there's a lot of chicken but as I eat it, I find that there's more than I anticipated, so no complaints there. Chicken Pho 9/10 - Excellent flavor! Excellent price. Service is super friendly! You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. I've been here many times and it seems like they have many regulars, which is always a good sign. Maybe you'll be a regular too! This is a great spot for a quick bite with friends, or maybe a lunch break.

You order at the counter and seat yourself. Everything was tasty. If we can't make it to South Sac we also pick up our banh mis at this location. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store as well!

Was on a work trip craving banh mi - this place was so good I went twice! Bread was soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. But it was crispy in a good way - not the shred your gums way! Both the size of the banh mi and the amount of filling was quite generous! The dac biet was great. Even though it didn't have the fatty red meat I usually crave, I didn't find my self minding at all! I ordered with extra pate which is definitely the move. The 2nd time I ordered the thit nuong which was also very good. The cafe sua da is strong and balanced as well. Overall very tasty and solid food! For banh mi in Sacramento, I'm definitely in their corner ;)

It was my time here and it's a cute restaurant. A lot of my coworkers recommended this place since it's super close to our office. Service was quick and I was greeted immediately. You have the option to dine in or take out. I ordered the banh mi đặc biệt togo and it was $8.99 before tax and $9.78 after tax. It looks like pricing has went up a little based on the most recent menu pictures. My order came out super fast; within like 5 minutes. I liked my sandwich and I would come back again for the convenience since it's minutes from my office.

They open at noon instead of being open when I was ready after church My husband and I walked up a couple blocks, looked at all the different restaurants, and I've seen this sandwich spot many times, but I've never tried it My husband said it was catered at his work one time, but it was the cold cuts and he said he liked it However, I walked in like the inside it was clean. I needed to use the restroom. The only thing I would say is the music in there is extremely loud in the bathroom that is. They only have one restroom, so hopefully you don't go with the group of people and everybody needs to use the restroom at once For both of us to eat it was about $30. I did get chips and a soda with mine. My husband just got the sandwich I got the. "The Damon Bruce" holy moly. This was so delicious. I only eat 1/2 brought the other half home. My brother was here and he ate it and he said it was so good too so it comes with onion ring steak and they ask you if you want to put any vegetable vegetables in there so I added the tomato the lettuce and I also wanted red onion in it. Let me tell you this is my new favorite sandwich place. I'm a little bummed that there's not one in Natomas! However, I'm really glad to know this place exist.. My husband got a steak sandwich. I don't know the name of it. He said he has never had a hot sandwich before and it was so good. He doesn't give vegetables and stuff, but he did get jalapeños in his and I seen him scarf it down so he must've loved it. They got barbecue chips ate a few of them. Their bags are a little bit different, but it was good. They didn't have root beer for soda that's my only downfall. It's one of my favorite drinks however I shouldn't be drinking soda anyways, but I did have Pepsi. This made for a great afternoon after church and I will make this one of my regular stops every month The only thing that was negative was the music being too loud in the bathroom and the girl that handed me the bag of the food, but I've learned that teenagers young people these days they are not like we used to be when we were young so it's kind of like just a handoff and I don't wanna say it was rude because I think this is just how teenagers are these days. 10/10 say you must try!

I'm likely in the minority in my opinion, but bear with me. I'm torn between a 3 and a 4, and…read moresticking with a 3 because this shop just didn't measure up ... to me. For starters, Ike's has its own way of doing things: plain mayo is not their thing. Only way to get plain mayo on a sandwich is to get lucky that there's a smidgen still left in a jar in the fridge after they prepare their house spread. They mix GARLIC and gawd knows what else for spices to make their Ike's sauce, so allergies beware. They offer plain mustard, but not plain mayo? For seconds, the sandwich bread is not up to the challenge of holding together the mountain of fillings inside. Pics prove my point. I want to eat a sandwich with my hands, not a plastic fork (or a shovel). And I don't want to wear it, not in public. Proportions, people! One size does not fit all. Now, in fairness, the meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato were fresh, chilled, and flavorful. However, IMHO $2.00+ to add equivalent of half an avocado is robbery when a whole avocado is $1 in the market. Fortunately I arrived when there wasn't another person in the store so I was able order up a plain ham and cheese sub with L, T, and A. The counter person was patient as I attempted to navigate the menu board. I communicated my wish for a simple sandwich and it arrived, albeit ridiculously overstuffed and above my budget expectations. Props for kindness and understanding. My first visit to any shop is always testing how well they do basics. So far, I'm not an Ike's fan. I'm no newcomer to sub sandwiches. At 82, and being a Massachusetts native, I've been a sub girl for at least 75 years, ever since I could wrap my fingers around the perfect sub roll. For more adventurous sandwich people, go for broke! This is your place!
