Delicious, fresh, and affordable so tip if you can! Friendly family owned business. Support local!

I tried this place for lunch as I was craving for a bahn mi sandwich. I ordered two pastries, a pork bahn mi sandwich, fish sauce wings and the netted spring rolls. I've had a lot of Vietnamese dishes and unfortunately this did not hit the spot for me. The dishes are very affordable but it's also because the serving sizes are just the perfect size for the cost. It was noon-lunchtime when I came so there was a bit of a wait (about 15 mins). The cafe had a few small tables-I had to do take out. I noticed they also do drinks-I didn't order any this time around.

Ambient music greets guests into a cute cafe with a modern Asian to Vietnamese setting. From the lantern lights to bamboo and Vietnamese coffees, this relaxing vibe invites everyone to stay and enjoy a cup. Since we came later, we tried a pineapple grass jelly with basil seeds drink and coconut water with palm seeds. These were light and refreshing with copious toppings. Nice for a midday pick up. I took a strawberry croissant out, which had what tasted like strawberry cream cheese on top. It was alright but I would love to try a plain or almond croissant next time. I also tried a Vietnamese yogurt with matcha cream topping to wake up a bit in an afternoon slump. I always enjoy Viet yogurt and was surprised about the toppings option. Tasty! Overall this is a great cafe for drinks and snacks!

I was so excited to try this place when I saw it on insta and it lived up to the hype! My friend and I came on a rainy Saturday. They had a special, buy 3 get one free so my friend and I each ordered 2 pastries, and a Vietnamese coffee. I got the Oreo cream croissant ($2.75) and strawberry matcha ($2.75). They were so cute and insta worthy. The dough was flaky and the topping had the right amount of sweetness. My friend got pigs in a blanket and pain au chocolate that he completely devoured them. I love that the prices for the pastries are super reasonable. They also had almond cookies for us to sample, and those were crunchy and good. I'll definitely buy these next time. This spot is a small mom and pop place, and the service was sooo nice and friendly. While there is limited seating, we were able to grab a bench. This might be my new favorite bakery. There was plenty of parking in this plaza.

Shop is clean and well kept and the service is as friendly upon entering. Ordered the special coffee and 2 croissants. The cream on the croissants was a little sweet but if we switched to black coffee it would've been perfect. It was also a little crispy which balanced well with the cream. Can't wait to try other things from here.

Stopped in on Saturday for their grand opening to try their BOGO but turns out they listed Saturday March 27th but meant Friday, March 27th so they weren't honoring it, even though the sign was still out and I told them the flyer indicating Saturday. She asked to see the flyer but they still didn't honor it. Lol so that was a bummer on customer service. A staff was helpful with suggestions on drinks. The kiosk only listed an egg coffee with caramel, but I wanted the classic so she rung it up on her end so know there are more drink options that might not be listed on the kiosk. It's definitely a new spot still figuring it out, but the staff seemed friendly. I didn't enjoy my drink. I was expecting strong Viet coffee but it was light in coffee and quite sweet for my preference. I hope they do well but based on my first experience I was quite disappointed esp for the price, the drink should match. Plenty of parking, spacious shop that offers indoor and outdoor seating.

Came in here after a pedicure two doors down. I was looking for a banh mi and this was close so it made perfect sense. I did get the chicken banh mi which came out to be $4 very inexpensive so for what it's worth, it was worth it. Will I go there for a banh mi again? No. Although I will DEFINITELY come back around for their pastries. I got my daughter an Oreo croissant which I almost couldn't put down! lol she was not happy but I had to taste for the review. I'm not much of an Oreo gal but oh man were these things good. I also got a bacon and cheese pastry for my friend I was meeting and she loved it! The prices are very fair which I appreciate because it allows me to not be afraid to try new things. I went in and it was not busy at all. The staff was a younger girl who knew the menu well and it is nicely decorated inside and was very clean.

Great asian bakery/cafe spot! Lots of good snacks and desserts to choose from. We went on Father's Day. They gave oit free milk teas for Dads which was very cool. Their yogurts, fried food snacks, tiramisus, and drinks are all very good. Service is improving (been here twice now). I'm really happy this asian dessert spot is in Natomas. I am so tired of driving all the way to South Sac for asian desserts. Let's support this small business! They need to stay!

Visit #2: I ordered #L3 Egg Banh Mi HaNoi, my husband ordered the egg, bacon & cheese croissant (see photos). 5 stars for both items, and Vietnamese espresso drinks. Egg sandwich was served with traditional veggie medley & touch of sauce. The freshly baked croissant was delicious. Couldn't pas up a strawberry smoothie. Service and ambiance made the experience pleasant. If you haven't stopped in, give this local North Natomas cafe a try.

Service is great here. Everyone seems vested in service. They gave recommendations that turned out to be winners. Did you just switch macha vendors. Don't know the difference. But this one was really good. The egg foam coffee is also a winner, though. With the ice a bit small, that is low liquid volume but tasty and smooth and sweet. The dough used to make the pastries is also flaky, sweet, buttery and very good. It's nice that they have tables outside and nice tables inside. Only opportunity I see is that they could make behind the counter, look a little bit better. And also plug in the t v. Great spot.

I got the strawberry croissant, Oreo croissant, fried chicken and garlic roll. I would definitely get the fried chicken and garlic roll again. The croissant were great but just filling on the top recommend trying!

I found this place on TikTok after someone posted about it, and to my surprise, it's right down the street from our house. I stopped by around lunchtime and it was a bit quiet, but honestly I was just excited to have an Asian bakery nearby in Natomas. The shop seems like it's still finding its footing, so the ambiance is okay for now. They have two display areas--one near the entrance with pastries and another with almond cookies. One thing I'd really recommend is adding labels with the names of each pastry. I had a hard time hearing the staff member explain the different croissants, so it made ordering a little confusing. I was told there was a buy-one-get-one deal, so I ended up getting four pastries, but I think I was charged for three? I wasn't totally sure, so I just went with it. Pricing overall was pretty reasonable though. I tried the chocolate, matcha cream, ham and cheese, and bacon and cheese croissants. They were all flaky, fresh, and really tasty--you can definitely tell they're homemade. Service was okay, and overall I'd be willing to give this place another shot. I'd come back to try it again, maybe with a coffee next time.

Excited we have this in Natomas now! It's really good but I think with some slight changes it will be great! Service is great, very friendly which makes me want to come back. We ordered egg foam coffee and the mocha. Mocha was strong and good but had a lot of ice so it felt like you didn't get much drink. The foam coffee for me had too much milk and didn't taste strong enough. Foam flavor was delicious though. We also had pastries. Thank you for making them reasonably priced! Pastries exceeded my expectations. Strawberry one is so good, not too sweet, but just right. Oreo cream one is good but rich as expected so you don't need it to yourself. Hubby went back the next day and got a mango drink. Very good, no changes needed there. He also got some food they are trying out. It was meat with vermicelli noodles. Lots of flavor but for me, WAY too garlic dominant. The sauce to pour on and the meat flavor was so much garlic I couldn't smell or taste anything else. I even took the garlic chunks out of the dressing sauce. Looking forward to going back again!

They were also out of something I ordered and they were able to refund me. The drinks and food took a bit to come out. The wonton and dumplings were ok, but the soup it came in was pretty good. The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.

Not too sweet, which was a surprise, the ice cream and the shaved ice on the bottom worked together flawlessly.A drizzle of condensed milk added a nice touch and enhanced the flavor profile. Between the two I think I preferred the strawberry-mango version but it's really close both were really high level. Wushiland Boba is my new favorite spot for boba in Sac!…read more I found out about it from a recent Feed Mei Mei YouTube video, and of course I had to check it out asap. I looked up the origin and it turns out Wushiland is a spin off from the Taiwanese boba chain 50嵐 (if you speak mandarin, it says Wushi Lan). Located on Sutterville in a tiny strip mall with minimal parking right next to the Freeport area where there are plenty of good eats, some of which are my favorite places in Sac to eat at, Wushiland is in an optimal location. Bright, clean, and with a decent amount of seating, you have the option to order from kiosks or up front at the counter. The AC was blowing cold and a nice respite from the El Niño heat. The workers are friendly and drinks are made quickly. Be advised that the drinks are voluminous, especially if you're like me and ask for less ice. Coming from someone who considers Chicha San Chen their favorite Taiwanese tea chain (but alas we don't have it in Sac), the difference in quantity is huge. Obviously if you're looking for a refined style of tea chain, Wushiland doesn't compare, but still the taste of their teas shine through and there is a good variety for everyone's palate. The first time I tried their earl grey tea because I have been craving an earl grey for a while, and that was deliciously smooth. The mini boba were so fun to chew on, and I usually prefer them over the regular size. They provide a ton of boba here as well. The next time I had their yakult green tea and that was very refreshing indeed. Both times my husband went with fruit teas, and had nice remarks to say about both of his drinks. He also tried their new QQubes and their texture was very QQ (I had a sample). We will most certainly return to Wushiland, especially since it's so accessible. Prices are standard, and honestly for the amount of tea you get, it's very worth.

You can get brewed teas, yakult teas,…read morebrown sugar drinks, macchiatos and even ice cream drinks, which not a lot of other boba shops have. And you can get an extra shot of tea if you want your drank strong. Prices range from $5.25-$7. I've tried the roasted oolong milk tea and the grapefruit green tea and they've been on point. I usually get them both at 50% sweetness. Another thing they offer here that some other shops don't have are the mini boba balls. My friend ordered the uji matcha latte macchiato with the mini balls, and he wanted another one to-go! The shop is a tad small and cozy(ish) since the seats and tables are close together. The theme is very colors of a bee; black and yellow. There's a long bench with cushions so it's a good place to sip and chill, and people come here to study it seems. Ive been here a few times mainly on a Saturday and all 3x it's been busy. They have 2 kiosks you can order from, or you can order from a human. Wushiland choose a good area of Sac to post up shop because it's the currently the only boba drink shop (for now) near Hollywood Park/Land Park and very close to Sac City College. They're located in the corner of a strip mall type plaza. And parking isn't too bad. Overall, good drinks for a reasonable price and service is decent. They have a fun logo, too. I would definitely come back here to try more of their drinks!
