Super cute little coffee shop with quite a few seating. The girls were all really nice and welcoming since it was our first time. My husband loved the banana matcha he's never had matcha so I was surprised he went for matcha. For his first time drinking it he really loved it. We finished both our drinks and fed our baby and not nice felt rushed. We will definitely go back again and try other drink on their menu.

Spring Fling

I stopped by recently to try this coffee shop. It has an industrial vibe. You enter and walk towards the middle of the shop where you place your order. They have seating available at the entrance and in the back of the shop. They have several tables. There were several people tbere working and/or enjoying coffee and matcha. The barista was friendly and recommended that I try the Spring Fling. They also had lemon bars in the front pastry case. The latte had unfiltered honey and lavender syrup. The drink was good. The roast was on the lighter side. The lemon bar was amazing! I will definitely stop by again to try their matcha and hopefully other lemon pastries.

Café de olla

I recently tried Saguaro's blueberry Matcha and Café de Olla for the first time and I was genuinely impressed. Everything was delicious! My personal favorite was the Blueberry Matcha it had the perfect balance of flavor and was incredibly refreshing. The Café de Olla was just as enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the coffee shop has a warm inviting atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. If you haven't had a chance to visit yet I highly recommend giving it a try!

Cafe de Olla with Coconut Milk is delicious- it comes out not too hot so you can taste all the flavors- fast friendly service and quiet place to work- the place is relaxed chill minimalist Just grab your headphones and your laptop and get to work type of vibe- friendly staff

Went back here after a few months. I usually get the Cafe de Olla or Palmas drink but wanted to try their seasonal menu. Service was good and taste was very smooth.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and smile from the front cashier. She was very nice and recommended a few drinks to me, they all looked amazing. I decided to go with berry bloom as I have been getting into matcha recently. It was amazing and looked beautiful as well. The space inside is giant. It would be perfect to work here and also a bunch of areas to charge your computer. Hopefully I will be back here soon to try all the unique drinks. Also I must add the price was great, I got a 12 ounce and it was only 6.50 most places would charge around $8-$10 in Palm Springs.

10/10 we loved this spot! My husband and I try a lot of different places and we actually LOVE our local spot but this place has to be our favorite outside of our city. You won't regret it !!!!

Got the medium iced matcha latte with no sweetener and was surprised at how weak the matcha flavor was. Not sure if the amount of matcha they use for the small and medium are the same. The color of the matcha at first looked great but once it was mixed with the milk, there wasn't much to be desired. Probably one of the weakest matcha lattes I've had.

Ordering here was great, the baristas were not only knowledgeable but also helpful. The matcha itself had a very strong matcha taste which i appreciate.

My favorite coffee shop in the Coachella Valley!! Walking in, the environment was very welcoming and spacious. It is also very accommodating for people who want to come in and study/work as they have outlets in the seating area. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice and answered any questions I had. Saguaro has a unique variety of drinks in their menu and I have loved every one I have tried! I highly recommend the Café de olla and the strawberry matcha, those are my favorites :)

Las Palmas Latte, Cafe de Olla Latte and orange cranberry muffin
Itzy G.

Been here a couple of times and their coffee is always good! We ordered Las Palmas Latte, Cafe de Olla Latte and a orange cranberry muffin. Las Palmas latte is the perfect amount of sweetness for me and the added cream top tops it off. Theres always a good amount of seating area when I go, and tables decorated with some kind of flowers. Service is great and quick. Only thing thay can throw someone off is when you enter is all the plastic trash cans (brand new I assume) and construction (lack of better words) stuff on the sidelines. It looks like they are working on a new coffee bar by the entrance. Anyways, go check it out!

Saguaro has my go-to Matcha drink. It's light, sweet & creamy. The perfect balance. The cafe has a fairly large seating area & often times I've seen groups or book clubs meet up. The customer service is great. The employees & owner is always welcoming & kind.

What a gem! If you're in the mood for some coffee or matcha while on the way to LA or Arizona, definitely check out this family owned coffee spot. They have been opened since October and have such a good array of coffee/matcha selections. They have seating areas in the front and more chairs/tables in the back. The aesthetic is very warm and inviting. I tried their matcha with oat milk and it was so creamy. I finished that one quick and got the cafe de olla one too. Very friendly service! I still prefer the matcha but it's still very tasty. Definitely check this place out and support this local business!

What I didn't expect was to discover a place that brought me straight back to my Filipino roots. Their pastries were excellent--giving me Kasama in Chicago vibes, just on a smaller scale. IYKYK! I was also so happy to learn from one of the staff members (possibly the owner) that they source their coffee from the Philippines, specifically the same region where my family grew up. My family was also in the coffee-farming business, so the aroma of Barako coffee brought back so many childhood memories. For a moment, I felt my grandparents hugging me. Thank you, Varraco, for creating a place that feels like home, even thousands of miles away. This visit meant so much more than just coffee and pastries.

In September 2025 they moved across the street from their old location (I got lost finding the new shop!). To save you time finding it, it's tucked behind The Owl Pine Shop, which is to the southwest (left) of the Speakeasy Bookmarket and Raven Hill Bagels/Collective. If you're driving up North Circle Drive towards Humber Park, it's on the left, across the street from the record shop past Nomad Ventures. I'm not exactly sure where you're supposed to park, but I parked on the street. They have these nice aluminum cups and will discount future drinks if you bring it back (my cup is a few years old and looking great). The coffee is really phenomenal -- I only drink black coffee. My iced coffee was massive and $5 with the discount for the reusable cup. They offer beans too (didn't see the price) and they have these fancy dark chocolate bars that probably would pair well with a coffee. Staff is always friendly!

The highlight of my last trip to Idyllwild was enjoying a Vietnam light roast in this serene little space. You can buy freshly roasted bags to take home. Incredible. What a pleasure to be in a coffee shop run by someone who loves coffee as much as I do. I will be back every single time I am in the area. Thank you!

It is only open from 6:30AM to 12PM Monday through Friday so it's hard to get to especially if you don't work around the area. I just happened to be around the area and was able to try it out. I got a hot hazelnut latte on a cold foggy morning and it was delicious and a good balance of syrup and espresso. I usually don't care for anything extra in my latte but they definitely have a good list of seasonal flavors and their main flavors. I like how you can customize it to make your own flavors as well. I just opted for something simple and it came out good. The area around is the industrial part and seems like it would be a good place to get a pick me up if you're getting your car serviced or something. I like that they had seating even though that morning was a cold morning. I'd imagine it to be a lovely spot to have coffee and chat with a friend on a nice sunny morning. I love the coffee cart and the person who served me was very nice. I would definitely recommend and try this out again if I had the chance. They only have limited hours though, so planning to come through can be challenging if you're not a morning person or have work out of the way.

Every sip had something going on, and the drink itself (Vienna) was the best part. However, when considering price and size it, was a bit of a let down. It only comes in a 12 oz, and at $8 a cup, the price-to-size ratio didn't quite make sense for me compared to similar specialty coffee shops. The space was also not really my vibe. There were A LOT of people working, but the quarters felt tight and cramped. Instead of cozy, homey coffee shop vibes, it was giving college dormitory where everybody crams in to work and hang out. Apparently, I've aged out of that aesthetic. Service was decent and quick, though, and I really love the mission behind this business, which definitely deserves some extra love from me. And a random shoutout to the bathroom because it was actually large, spacious and quite nice. Bottom line: The drink was phenomenal, the mission is something I really appreciate, and while the price/size and atmosphere weren't quite my thing, I still had a fairly decent experience overall.
