Quality of fruits and vegetables is average AT BEST, and be sure to look closely since they often have rotten/rotting fruits and vegetables still out. Meats.. that a whole other story but head to Wegmans for fruit, vegetables, meats... you'll be happy. Prices are reasonable. They are good to the community and schools. I think it's a good backup and for essential items but if you're looking for service, quality etc. Wegmans is way better.

As usual CVS is well stocked with the necessities. I'm sure the pharmacists are superb, but I just would be a less densely populated area. Store folks are great. All are friendly and helpful. It's definitely a good looking store. Being in Falls Church probably has something to do with it, but they do run a good ship here, as the expression goes. If in the area this one will do what you need it to. My main beef is the non drivers, and packed parking lot that well, leaves convenience out of the picture.

In order not to have to drive after surgery. Didn't use all bandages and wanted to return the unopened/unused items. Also, all items were the CVS brand and original condition. My error, I did not have the original receipt. Told them store credit was fine, nope. This review is on CVS policy and their customer service call center. CVS has the worst customer service center that offer no assistance real assistance. You call to give a transaction number and for them to tell you it's denied, but no reason for the denial or how to resolve the issue. In addition, the individual hung up while I was in mid-question. DO NOT SHOP AT CVS. It is obvious they are looking for ways to keep your money instead of working with your customer. Wish there was a option to give negative stars

    My family and I have been loyal patrons of Generation Pharmacy for several years, but that ended…read moretoday. Last week Monday, I called to inquire about a specific brand of medication. The representative I spoke with was curt and told me they would never offer that brand and to call other pharmacies. I said okay and asked them to not fill the prescription. After a few days of calling around, I found out CVS offered the medication so I contacted my doctor to have the prescription sent there. That same day, a package of the wrong brand arrived at my home from Generation - they filled the prescription without my permission and it was on a Friday after they closed so I could only leave a message. On Monday, a different rep called me back and said it was autofilled by their system, even though there was a note with my request to not fill the prescription. This rep offered to send someone to retrieve the incorrect meds and reassured me that my insurance would not be impacted; even though they had already billed my insurance for the meds they sent me. She transferred my prescription to CVS and the next day when I went to pick it up, CVS informed me that I need to pay out of pocket because my insurance was already billled. Because I needed the medication, I paid for it when typically this is fully covered by insurance. When I called Generation about this, the same, rude rep who I spoke with the previous week answered and was not helpful, placing the blame on the insurance company. While most of their reps are great, I will never go back because of how badly that rep screwed up. While CVS is not the best, they will at least confirm an auto-fill before fulfilling a prescription. What is most frustrating is I called Generation ahead of time and asked them to not fill the prescription and they didn't take any action to remove the auto-fill. I had to pay out of pocket even though I have insurance that would fully cover the cost! Save yourself the headache and find another pharmacy that offers reliable service and better hours.
