I was forced to give it one star but if I could give it zero I would. RUDE!! RUDE!! This has got to be the rudest staff I've ever seen in any pharmacy. When I walked in, there were NO customers at the pharmacy counter whatsoever. Since I wasn't feeling all that great I was very happy to see this. Well, April fools to me! From what I could see from where I was standing, there were 4 pharmacy employees, counting the male working the drive up window. At least 3 of the employees saw me standing at the counter so they could see I was waiting for help. Now remember I was the ONLY customer in line they had to help. The male working the drive up window was about 3 feet directly in front of me and he also saw I was at the counter directly behind him. I was totally ignored by the entire staff! I waited and waited and waited and waited..... then I waited some more. When the male turned and it appeared as if he was no longer busy, I asked him "do I need to go through the drive-through in order to get help?" He asked me what do I mean and I explained to him that I have been standing here waiting for help and have been ignored. He replied to me quite nasty "well you can see I've been busy." I then explained again that the entire staff not only ignored me, but didn't even acknowledge my presence or say "I'll be right with you" including him. He then proceeded to get my prescription and ring it up. I'll never go back to that pharmacy ever EVER! In fact the Walgreens pharmacies have seemed to go downhill tremendously from the quality pharmacy chain they used to be. No issues since. They had to back out 15 prior denied ring throughs from the Silverdale pharmacy, but what a difference in customer service. Please CVS in Silverdale find a better location for one with a drive thru and train the staff on how to ring up prescriptions with savings card! Sad this CVS is horrible inside Target. About 10 minutes later, they came back and said they didn't actually have a basic medication in stock because they had mixed up the brands when checking the shelf. That is concerning on its own, but the lack of communication made it even worse. Instead of confirming availability before having me wait, I was told I would need to drive all the way back once they decide to stock it again. At this point, it seems smarter to transfer the prescription somewhere more organized and professional. But the real cherry on top is that my pharmacy I would normally use won't even try a normal prescription transfer with this location, they state that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone here so I have to have my doctor in a whole new prescription. fred meyer on wheaton way previously had a nice area by starbucks to sit and eat your lunch, browse…read morethe internet, use your laptop, use the microwave after you bought your microwavable meal in their store, now they have nothing available. when you ask the store manager why they took out the microwave, that was a few months ago, now today i brought my own lunch and i had to charge my phone and i found all the electrical circuits were covered with plastic plates so they couldn't be used! i talked to the manager why they had done all this and of course it was blamed on the homeless people who sat in there and maybe had some starbucks coffee charge their phone had their lunch! the first thing that was wrong that i reported was that starbucks did not maintain the microwave, did not wipe down the tables, did not empty the garbage that had flies coming out of it, never wiped off the nec napkin holders. the lunchroom was not maintained in any kind of health department condition. i never saw any out of control homeless people loitering around in the lunch area. i complained to the manager and rather than real starbucks to keep it clean they removed the microwave. now they have removed the electrical circuit. and now nobody's in there at all i talked to the manager and i said well nobody's in your lunch room because you offer nothing! he immediately said it was because homeless people were hanging out in there. i do know several homeless people who came in the lunchroom who were neat and clean who may be charged their phone or got on their laptop so they can possibly get a job! i am tired of the lack of services and the laziness of workers who are untrained and have no idea how to treat a customer and having it all blamed on homeless people! we are all humans and we all have problems and some of us are a lot better than others in somebody's judgment but to blame everything that goes wrong in your business so that you can shut half of it down and blame it on homeless people is freaking ridiculous there were a lot of nice clean people maybe they were shopping for groceries and they wanted to take a break and visit with their husband and sit in the lunchroom now there's nothing in there and there are any people there either so i hope it backs up on them and they suffer and they lose business because of it.

The older male Pharmacist is the BEST and knows tons more than the young ones in most places. Also he is willing to explain things to you. Also, they have a discount system from the Pharmacy that is better than my insurance sometimes!!
