Shannon was funny at times telling her experiences such as when she was a choking victim. She also is an ex-EMT. So kudos to that. Although the class was taught by a video tape, and of course you get hands-on experience with some rubber dummies; I feel that you can do this all online or even watching this stuff on YouTube. The National Safety Council goes into more deeper information on CPR and AED. All and all, the class was good and short. Shannon gave us things to know versus it's nice to know. Easy and painless. Lulu was super engaging and made the time go by fast. I was a little worried about my recertification, but I feel like I retained much more this time around than I have with my previous BLS class elsewhere. This location is a bit further than the others near me, but was in the area. Fit right in my schedule. First of all, I didn't realize you could renew your BLS by taking the class online and then showing up to prove your skills. That's awesome. I'll never sit through a full class again. Secondly, I took my skills class today with Conner and had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at offering constructive criticism. Thank-you JP for a great CPR class! I haven't taken this class in years and although some procedures have changed, JP made sure myself and the class knew the steps with precision and accuracy. I'm not a fan of classes being taught by a video tape, but I did like that the tape showed different CPR scenarios and that JP went out of his way to give us some examples from his own experiences. The class time was utilized well and I left feeling very confident in my CPR skills. I took this class in compliance with my nursing school regulations. I use to live in Dublin and although I don't live there now, I was more than happy to drive 20 minutes to this location :) and I'll come here again when I need to renew. read more

A great place to learn cpr, it's convenient and instructors we're approachable and helpful.

As a physical therapist, I've been through many of these CPR/BLS classes, and I must say that this was the best one I have ever taken. Our instructor was Lulu who was very passionate about the subject and actually TAUGHT the class rather than just put on a cheesy video. I appreciated the format of the class which was interactive and spread the hands-on work with the dummies throughout the class rather than just at the end of the session. Lulu made a point to distinguish which CPR information has been updated over the past couple years and was confident when answering questions. Parking is easy with an attached lot. The classroom is neat with a phone charging station, nothing too fancy. They gave out a free face mask barrier at the end of the test. I would definitely recommend this class to others in the east bay, especially with Lulu! read more

This place operates on Sundays which is great for weekday workers. I had a Great Instructor who was thorough and focused on everyone equally. It is a Nice clean facility and provides great snacks including coffee and snack bars. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs to obtain their cpr. read more

The class may have been long but it surely didn't feel like it. The CPR and AED is very hands on which makes it much easier to learn and remember. The first aide is much more of videos and a couple of hands on tips and tricks to learn. The class was great, I truly learned a lot. I recommend the class to everyone. It does get really hot in the room though, she said the AC was on but I don't think it was working. Thus she provided refreshments and a lot of breaks. read more

It was a Sunday morning class and we did not come in with the highest of energies, but Connor continued to have the best attitude while teaching us our skills. I really enjoyed this class, and it was very informative and easy to follow! Prior to attending this course, I made sure that I had plenty of coffee because I was expecting a boring morning to be honest. However, this course was quite the opposite. Everytime I have to renew my CPR, it gets easier and easier. I think its because I have taken so... many courses in my past. Location wasn't too hard to find, tucked in the back corner but bright yellow sign reads CPR- CAN'T miss it. Tomas was great, spoke a little fast at times, but very sincere and informative. I typically take my CPR course through my hospital, but I am currently on military leave. I had a few days between orders and had returned home. Unfortunately, my hospital did not have a scheduled CPR course during this short time so I needed to find something quick. I found Safety Training Seminars online and the schedule led me to Dublin, 10 minutes away. I was worried at first because the quality of instructors can vary, but I was not disappointed! The instructor is super cool and fun! I attended a CPR class here and she has a full class that made the hands on training enjoyable to everyone. There will be free coffee, tea, and granola bar waiting for you. Location has lots of free parking. The only down part was that the classroom was outdated and it has dimmed lighting but that didn't bother me at all coz again Nina made the class lively, easy and educational. The class met my goal of obtaining my 2 year healthcare provider renewal. The class size was smaller in order to accommodate social distancing and a mannequin was provided for each class member instead 2 persons per mannequin, as was typical pre-covid.
