YES, Today (05/14/19) I took a Professional Healthcare Provider course. Our Instructor was Jeff. He was a blast and very informative. We all seemed to enjoy the class and everyone got along. We all came from different medical backgrounds. He covered well all the topics pertainent to the American Heart Association guidelines for our class. Video and in class practice and the final practical and the exam at the end. Nice to get card via email instead of waiting around to recieve days later and after passing, it was in our email boxes. Nice change. Also using 2016 currents was good not too much changed in the coursework since I took two years ago. everyone had ample time to practice and question sessions. This class has made the coordination of Healthcare Professionals more responsive and togetherness and teamwork effectively. Especially more than one responder. It all came together and Jeff was funny and enlightening and made class fun. He is a Professional but had everyone laughing and understanding all the material. It was great to pause the video(s) and his demonstration and had us on a question practice as was what was on the screen. The class was just right, temperature, been over the years , hot ones or morgue cold ones, and lighting was great, upstairs but they have an elevator for those that prefer or might be physically challenged. They also had complimentary snacks, waters and coffee as well. Nice touches for just a CPR Class! Thanks Jeff to you and your Team. I was walking in downtown Pleasanton a few weeks ago and came across the Patterson sign that promotes the CPR/First Aid/AED training and I wrote down the number. The next day, I called the number and spoke with Jeff Patterson, the owner...which is rare nowadays. I was pleased with what I heard and made an appointment for him to come to our facility and conduct some training. Well, today was that day and I must say...not only was I impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, but the class was lively, and you can tell he cared. I needed a CRP/AED card in 10 days or less, and Jeff had a class starting that afternoon. Hopped into the car and completed the course in a few hours, in, out, and card in-hand. Simple. Jeff's fantastic, knows his stuff, the place and space is small-ish but uncrowded, so you don't get the gigantic, impersonal classroom feel yet it's cozy enough that blurting out questions doesn't feel like an interruption. Jeff quickly made us feel at ease with his sense of humor, matter-of-fact instructions and tips and techniques. He was very informative and professional and kept the class moving quickly. Just like last time, Jeff made this boring class not only fun and painless, but also informative. The only pain I had was my sore arms and back the day after from doing the CPR....
