He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the material easy to understand. The new facility is very well designed for a successful classroom experience. It was clean, comfortable, and organized, which made the training environment even better. They also provided drinks and snacks, which was a very thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and infection prevention. The CPR manikins were very clean, and each participant was given their own breathing tube, so there was no passing of germs between students. I especially appreciated that Josh was able to accommodate my personal medical condition and ensure I was comfortable throughout the training. His understanding and flexibility were truly appreciated. I have completed CPR training at this company for the past 9 years and have been impressed every time I return for my 2-year renewals. I am sick and tired of this company, all the want is to make money they are very rude they can care less about human!!!!! I usually take classes at San Ramon Location and is very far away out no where the break we get is 5 to 10 minutes only it is like going to army very strict ist should not be like this, Congress should do something and hold this company accountable. it full of rules !!! We arrived and instructor already start with her rules. You can't go to bathroom with out telling me!! you can eat in class! you can drink in class unless is water ! They removed the code maker from the room that it was the only free thing we got with most cheap coffee I think is from dollar store . I am speeding the words all over Facebook at Bay Area for nurses, teachers, childcare provider to stop taking class from this company they are very pricy and to leave and buy afresh coffee is 15 minutes away and the break is 10 minutes . read more

I scheduled them for two trainings. In the contract they gave stated parking is required for their trainers. I had two safe, paid parking options for him. 20 minutes before the training they called to confirm parking. Our site is in san francisco and I offered paid parking in a safe and secure garage across the street. Monitored 24/7. He refused and said parking has to be private on site parking. He cancelled 20 minutes before the training and I had 20 staff already here. If they do require a private lot why wait till 20 minutes before the training to confirm? Its unrealistic to expect businesses in major cities to have private parking. This has been a huge loss for my company and really disappointed. He was incredibly rude and felt like he just didnt want to come into the city. Which he mentioned a few times he rarely does anymore. Then why take the job??? read more

First time at this location for my CPR/First AID renewal today, as all San Jose locations were filled (near home). Location is within the medical building, so it's a hit-and-miss on finding it. I suggest going early just to find it. Plenty of parking, so no need to worry. Had Izaak for the instructor. Very informative! I can tell he's very knowledgeable in what he's passionate about and that's educating people about safety, and infectious diseases. Highly recommend taking CPR/First AID trainings with Adams's Safety. This is my second time with this agency recommended by my company. They don't disappoint. Yes, it's a long 8-hour course for childcare, but they make it interactive with participants, so it's not (too) boring. We had a 30-minutes lunch, so I suggest bringing your own lunch. I brought my own lunch today, since I had a feeling it'd be a short lunch. There's apparently a plaza nextdoor that has fast food. (I'm not from the area.) Again, pretty good place to get certified. Izaak by far is the most passionate and best instructor I've ever had teach a CPR & First Aid class EVER! The class is 8 hrs. however, the way Izaak teaches is what I'm talking 'bout! The last time I received CPR training was years ago (circa da high school) so I wasn't sure what to expect! If you have at least ten people, Adams Safety Training can bring the training to your business and lucky enough my workplace had just enough people! Our instructor was Josh and we were very lucky to have him. He was super informative and made the process feel very easy to understand and useful. He informed us not only of the correct procedures of how to initiate CPR/AED practices, but also informed us about Good Samaritan laws. I also really appreciate Adams Safety Training's move towards being a greener company by giving us access to the CPR/AED training guides and tools online. Very professional. I enjoyed the class. The owner, Ray, was a paramedic before teaching these safety courses. Great presentation of the information. The class felt comprehensive. He taught the cpr, first aid, and childcare class in one Saturday session. Although San Ramon is a bit far from me, The class was a good value and worthwhile. I'm taking it as a requirement for my elementary school teacher credential and boat steering safety requirement, which is the 4 hour course. He provided lots of helpful mnemonics to remind you of what to do and when to do it in the right order, updating those for students who were previously certified. read more
