After the online course, you go to the skills lab which is conveniently located downtown. You are alone in the lab and guided by the computer which again takes away any pressure or anxiety you may have in a big group setting. I also find the computer to be more educational as it shows you the depth and rate you are doing compressions and giving breaths. The space is very well lit and clean and has everything you need.
