For the first time, I fully understood that what we're doing during CPR is helping pump blood to the brain until paramedics arrive. That realization honestly blew my mind. Years ago, my little brother almost choked in front of me, and it left me deeply traumatized. Since then, I've always felt insecure and scared in emergency situations. Last time i went to the Antioch location, but this time went to the Concord one off Clayton Rd. I'm glad there are multiple locations to choose from to find the date/time available that work for me. Very easy to find the building. Each time so far has been an easy and pleasant experience, the simulation gives great feedback.
