On my way from Redding back to Bay Area, my Tesla X got a flat tire on I-5 in Willows. I called my auto insurance roadside assistance and was told all tires shops had closed at that time and I had to wait till next morning to get the tire fixed. Safety Tire Service was recommended and my car would be towered to that shop next morning. I stayed in a local motel and called the shop next morning. Unfortunately it was Veterans' day holiday and the shop was closed. Luckily it has extra hour service number, and Cody picked up the phone right away and got to my hotel within 30min with his working truck. It turned out my tire was unrepairable. Cody was able to get a replacement tire of the same height and I was able to get back on my way to home within 30min. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me a very good cash deal for his extra hour service and the replacement tire. He also told me I could have called him last night and he would have come to help me. I do not wish anyone else to have a flat tire, but if it happened, do not hesitate to call Safety Tire for help. They, or at least Cody is a great and honest guy. read more

I was about 300 miles into my 900 mile drive when my tire suddenly went flat. I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere at 6 am on a dark Sunday morning 2 days after Christmas. The shop was fortunately less than 2 miles from the freeway exit, but unfortunately it was closed until the following day. I texted the emergency number posted on the shop window and to my surprise got a response 1 minute later. He sent someone out to help me out - literally 15 minutes later the nicest gentleman showed up. He was very skilled and professional and had me on my way less than 30 minutes later. Driving from SoCal, I got a flat in Elk Grove. I drove on a spare all 98 miles to Willows. Thankfully this place was open until 12 on a Saturday. I was able to come in and get a new tire in about 15 minutes. Both gentlemen that were working were nice and extremely helpful. They were out of the cheaper style of tire, so I had to pay a little more, but with very little options in this tiny desolate town, you have to just deal with it! After just having a blowout on the freeway I was quite shaken. Very kind tow truck driver came and replace a tire with my spare. With several hundred miles to go I was worried about the air pressure and condition of the other tires. Manual the truck driver recommended Safety Tire for a check up. They had me pull right into the garage checked the air pressure and I was going to go. I asked how much and he wouldn't take anything from me. Can't say enough good things about Safety Tire....just left Willows towing our 31ft travel trailer when we had a major blowout of a trailer tire that shredded the tire and blew a hole in the floorboard of the trailer causing significant damage. We had a flat tire and this place was definitely helpful and approachable. We were absolutely amazed by their patience and reasonability. There was five of us, two were arriving by tow truck. While we were waiting at the shop, the owner checked in on us and see how we were doing etc. When the car arrived, he was also super reasonable and let us know happened. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything. We felt like we can trust them which is huge because we were coming from far away. Don't be distracted by the dust in the store. I was at Thunder Hill for the weekend with my RV & discovered I had a flat. One of my friends suggested I call Safety Tire in town. I called up Safety & they dispatched a mechanic to me within an hour or so of my phone call. When the tech arrived, he went to work right away & we discovered that all of my tires were a bit old & cracking. I followed him to the shop and was done with 6 new tires on the RV in about an hour.
