Bought an early bird Groupon from them. They redeem when you call for appointment. Groupon was for $200 worth; 1000 sqft up to 5 rooms. Just wanted the living/dining room (300sqft). Worker had no problem and started to negotiate then wanted to charge $99 for a pre-spray. I disagreed and cited value of Groupon. He said "I'm hooking you up, I could not be nice and just give you the basic cleaning". I told him not to threaten me in my house. He called his manager MICHELLE and she told me you will only get what the Groupon was for now. She said that I could call Groupon and get a refund, so I agreed. But I couldn't because she had already REDEEMED the Groupon. I called her back and asked for the corporate number and she hung up on me. I did a simple Yelp Search to find someone to clean my carpet for a home we purchased. After seeing the reviews I decided to give them a call. Mike over the phone was very professional and explained the process in detail. They offered me an appointment the same day or the following day. On the following day Luke and Travis arrived to our place on time. After a walk around by Luke in our place he gave us different packages available. Though I expected to pay a little less, it's true that you get what you pay for. They did a great job on our carpet. Clean and most importantly the cigarette smell was 90% gone (previous owners were heavy smokers). Also previous owners had a dog, it seemed they removed most if not all the pet hair. Before the clean my daughter had an allergic reaction to the carpet, now it seems it doesn't irritate her skin one bit. It worked. Mike was quick to respond with the best quote and was extremely fair--I had a modern, compact sectional and ottoman that was the length of a 6' couch, but kept on getting charged $150+ to clean it. Even when I sent pictures and dimensions, other upholstery cleaners insisted that it would cost $150 to clean my tiny couch. Not only did Mike price the cleaning fairly, he showed up on time and followed directions to a T (my condo complex is high security and hard to get in and out of). I was given a three hour window on when they would arrive and I was shocked when they arrived early!!! That never happens and I was already impressed. Mike and Luke assessed my carpet situation and made a few recommendations. Since I have two male dogs who love to "mark their territory" I needed spot treating to remove the stains and odor.
