Hired this company as I was undergoing chemotherapy. The owner brought his nephew along to perform the carpet cleaning. Abysmal! Wearing sneakers without shoe covers) they kept walked back and forth over the carpets while cleaning them. Completely defeats the entire purpose. Then the machines being used stank of wet dog. Once they were "finished" the carpets stayed damp for a week, AND the wet dog smell stank up the house for over a week. NEVER AGAIN. A complete waste of money!! My carpet wasn't dirty just needed a yearly cleaning so I posted pictures of the Before & After the after pictures are after drying throughout the day in my family walking on it really can't see a difference because it wasn't really dirty. Charlie, who is very cordial and prompt with returning messages, is the owner and came twice to my house to clean and deodorize an ottoman that one of my cats had urinated on. It's a matching set to a chair and I was worried I was going to have to reupholster the set if he couldn't get the smell out. He did an amazing job and the ottoman smells great. I called this company to come to my house and I was quoted $175 with a $35 discount promo they had. They arrived at my house " Josh and Terrel" They were really friendly. They stated they were done and I noticed that my carpet looked the same, I explained to them that it looked like they didn't do anything. And Terrell said that the owner told them I was only getting dirt removal off my carpet ? I told Terrel that's not what we talked about over the phone. And he stated that it must have been a miss understanding. He ended up doing my carpet over to make me happy. While he was doing it I noticed a man walk straight in my house without introducing himself and just ignored me the whole time and stared talking to Terrel. Right away I assumed it was the owner, The owner took over the cleaning from Terrel. And once they were done he finally told me how much I owed him, $210 because I added an extra room. I was in rush to leave because I had errands to run. I informed Terrel upstairs looked fine. I came home this morning and I noticed my carpet still has a lot of dirty spots. They did remove spots and I understand my carpet is older already, and it's wear and tear in some areas, I'm not expecting a miracle but at least a difference. The owner has offered to come redo my carpet next week, I'm glad he responded. I will update after he returns. Update: The owner ended up coming back with Terrel and cleaned my carpet again. They were here for an hour, and they did remove the stains that they left the first time around.
