He explained EVERYTHING and so professional. He even let us know how to care for the carpet (and any future dreaded pet stains since we have alot of dogs). I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment to have two small areas of carpet (250sq ft combined) and an area rug cleaned. Eddie arrived within the two hour window and quickly got to work. He noticed that I paid for three areas of carpet cleaning (which seemed like the best option to choose when booking online) but due to the small area, he thought I was overcharged so he threw in the carpet protectant for free. I was initially very happy with Zerorez. Although expensive, they were very professional, and the carpets looked good. A few days later, I noticed a weird blue stain on one of the carpets. I called and they came out to take a look. The technician said he had no idea what it was but took a photos and would check with his supervisor and get back to me. That never happened. I called the service again and asked for a call-back. Nothing happened. I don't know if they caused the stain, but I noticed it a few days after they came, and I have no idea under the sun what could have caused it. Regardless, to be left hanging did not feel good. On Nov 10th, 2022, I had Zerorez clean my white carpets in two bedrooms. After "cleaning", less then 24 hours later the carpets turned gray. After their "cleaning", not only did none of the stains go away, (one bedroom had diet Pepsi stain, the other had Orange/Yellow Gatorade/Powerade stain, which the cleaner tried to say "was animal urine", despite the cat not being allowed into that room.) the stain in the master bedroom actually grew just like the Grinchs Heart, by 3 sizes. The stains were not located in "High Traffic" spots prior to shifting some furniture around. They wanted to come back and reclean it, but after how terrible a job they did in the first place, I said no and requested my $179.00 back. Twice I asked Livingstone (the manager) for my money back, and now he wont even respond to calls or texts. I also sent an email to Eric Bollman (the owner) with no response. I have been using Zerorez for 7 years, at least annually and they never disappoint. My technician today was Richard. He called to ask if he could arrive early and I was happy to have them arrive and get started. Richard had an apprentice today and that was a nice surprise. They cleaned 1,900 square feet of carpet as well as a sectional couch, a love seat and an oversized ottoman and everything looks like new. I can't recommend Zerorez highly enough. read more

Heard good things about this company, based on the "good" reviews and good advertisement we decided to give them a try. The tech explained that they use some sort of chemical that keeps stains gone for a good while, ok sure pal. As you can see in the pictures I posted the stains popped back up 1 week after having our carpets cleaned. I didn't expect magic and having the stains completely disappear but cmon! They look exactly the same as they did prior to Zerorez coming out. These good reviews must have magic carpets because I really don't understand how Zerorez got their carpets so "clean" and mine looks the same if not worse. Save your money go elsewhere. Great people!!! Problem is they use some kinda chemical on dtains which works great for maybe 2 weeks. The stains come back with a vengence!!!! Even plain water turns into stains after there rug treatments. We had them come back to redo carpets he sprayed the stains and stains vanished few days later they be back!!!!! read more

Checked three carpet cleaning services, price ranged between $175 to $300 by ZeroRez. I hired them due to the reviews are very good, also, their website says their process does not leave any residue on the carpet, keeping carpet clean longer, it wasn't the case. During the cleaning, I pointed out to the technician some areas still looks dirty to me, he told me it is the wear pattern on the carpet, it is not dirt, it'd lighten-up after the carpet dries. Not true. I call them back in 5 days to redo my bathroom and master bedroom. Very disappointed with ZeroRez. I own a condo and a house, shampooed carpet at both places many many times, so far, the best way for carpet cleaning is "Scrubbing". Malo did an amazing job on our carpets! We have 4 kids and our carpets looked bad. In the past other companies would steam clean and there would still be grey "traffic lanes" in the carpet. The other guys said those were from the wear on the carpet and couldn't be cleaned. Had half a dozen other companies steam clean over the years and that's the same thing they all told me. Well when Malo was finished, the traffic lanes were gone! Our carpet looks new again after 8 years of wear. I was so impressed with how bright our carpets looked. Zerorez is definitely more expensive than other companies we've used but it was worth it! We will be using Zerorez again and requesting Malo. read more

We had a young man come to our upstairs apartment and he told us he did not have long equipment to start the job. He went downstairs to his truck and without saying a word he left. After about an hour of waiting for him to return I called the company completely irate and in disbelief that this guy would just LEAVE without saying a word!? So why the five stars you ask? We rescheduled the cleaning and decided to give it a second try. Livingston the manager arrived and everything in me wanted to go off on him but his demeanor was so calm and relaxing me and my partner really just couldn't be mad if we wanted to. He was so kind and apologetic. We got our carpet cleaned several times before but we weren't impressed. There really wasn't much of a difference. So after a hour we returned home and I literally felt like I could not breath. Like in a movie I kept walking in and out of the apartment. Every single stain was removed. I could not believe my eyes. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment to have my Saltillo tile cleaned for 11/29. Last week I called to change the appointment, as I was unable to get off work on the 29th. They told me it was no problem rescheduled to the 28th and told me that Daniel would be here between 11-12 pm. I was able to get today off of work, though I don't get paid, if I take the day off. At 12 pm I called the company as no one had shown up. A man named Austin told me that I was actually scheduled between 12:00-2:00 pm but would have the technician call me, with in 20 min, to give me an ETA. I never received a call. At 2:00 I called the company again and a lady named Deborah answered and said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. She didn't, but Austin called back about 30 min later. He said he apologized, but thought I was some one else when I called at 12:00, which still doesn't explain why no one showed up at 11:00-12:00 hour. He said he was going to call a technician to see if someone could come out, again I was on hold for about 25 min. At 3:00 he told me he found some one that could come by 5:00 pm to give us an estimate. I told him the appointment was for a cleaning. He then started to ask questions that had been asked of me 3 weeks ago when I first called. At that point I gave up on them and told them to cancel anything they had for me as I don't want such an incompetent company working any work at our home. I asked for the manager name and extension, which I immediately called, and which of course went to voice mail. Not only did I loose a day's pay from work, but absolutely not productive got accomplished. Please do not waste your time or money on this company. read more

NO STARS!!! Extremely disappointed. We were moving. I asked Zerorez to take 4 rugs, have them treated for pet stains (urine, etc.), wrapped in plastic as they would be stored in a storage unit until we were moved into a new home. The rugs were taken to their "washing facility" and we met the Representative at the storage unit. Almost a year later we moved. I went to unwrapped the rugs from their plastic wrapping and the rugs REEKED of pet urine. When I laid out the rugs on the patio floor, I noticed a few urine pets made by my elderly dog that I had missed and had not not been cleaned. I also spotted a small poop that I had missed. I was disgusted. I took pictures of the rugs. This happened to all of my rugs. NONE of them were cleaned!!!! I should have guessed that the job was not done right when the sofa and chair, that were cleaned at the house and eventually moved to the temporary residence, smelled. I kept asking my husband if Zerorez had cleaned the sofa. He said yes Bottom line: We were charged $429.00 and the rugs were never ever treated or cleaned. Just dirty rugs rolled and plastic wrapped. Now I have to find a professional cleaner to clean these rugs and hopefully eliminate the stench reeking from them. Will never use this company again. read more

I was so excited to use this company. We had heard great things so we decided on using them in getting ready to sell our house and have an open house soon after. They came and cleaned all downstairs and a few rooms upstairs. After they left I did notice that there were still some spots downstairs that looked like were never cleaned over and then going upstairs to the guest room the carpet was yellow....yellow! We called them back and after talking to a couple people they decided they would come back and look at it. They came and he saw and agreed that it was yellow and decided to just do the entire house again. They did it again, the spots downstairs were now cleaned which was nice, but the guest room had no change. Shortly after we had an open house that had been scheduled and a potential buyer noticed the yellow carpet and asked if we were going to clean it. We called Zerorez back explaining that this is just not acceptable and we would like our money back as advertised. As soon as we said that we heard nothing back. No one would return our calls. So don't believe what they advertise. If you aren't happy you will have to deal with their mistake yourself. In the end we had a buyer, not happy with the carpet and we had to pay for them to get it cleaned. Again we called to let Zerorez know but of course we had no response. I would never use them again and definitely will let people know not to use them. read more
