Throughout the years, I have always paid on time (with the rare exception of expiring cards), kept my units tidy, and never left behind garbage. I've generally gotten along with staff, though turnover has been frequent. Unfortunately, my experience with the current lead staff has been extremely negative. Before I even opened an additional unit, I was recovering from a work-related injury and on workers' compensation. At that time, I asked if my rent increase could be reconsidered due to my financial situation. The lead staffer refused, showing no empathy for my circumstances as a long-term paying customer. Later, when I did open another unit, he misled me regarding a promised rental rebate, failed to properly process a transfer for my employer, and only sent incomplete or generic paperwork. After realizing I could not rely on his follow-through, I stopped engaging with him directly. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the lead staff responded with ongoing sarcasm and targeted remarks whenever we crossed paths. This behavior escalated to harassment over the span of a year. Most recently, after I returned from traveling for work, he publicly confronted me about picking up a package "late," despite my decade-long history of never having an issue with packages at this facility. When I expressed my frustration, he escalated the situation, chasing after me in an aggressive manner and threatening to terminate my rental. In my view, the lead staff has abused his authority and acted unprofessionally, creating unnecessary hostility toward a long-term tenant. My career and life's investments are stored at this facility, and it is unacceptable that they are being jeopardized over personal grievances rather than company policy.

On several separate occasions while sitting in front of my unit sorting things, i've watched MULTIPLE mice scurrying through the halls and running in zig zags from unit to unit. the scariest part of seeing this regularly, is that its gone from a thing id only see in the evening to it happening as early as 1pm in the afternoon!! I complained of it to 'Aliya' in the office and her response was its the fault of customers who 'may' be storing food... I thought, fair enough. But immediately thought about the amount of time i spend there, (i use it as an office/safe meetup location for transactions) so i spend ALOT of time there during their office hours and in THREE entire months, i have never ever seen anyone cleaning, sweeping, NOTHING!! Aside of course from ONCE on the 1st floor only which coincidentally was just a day before their boss showed up! Im no expert, but im quite sure the lack of cleaning contributes to the infestation in a enormous way. I mentioned the lack of cleaning to the girl aliya and she made it clear that she has no issue boldly lying because she responded by saying she cleans daily!! LIE!!!!!! There are tissues and scraps of paper throughout the floors that are over a month old and in the same spots which i have documented daily with either pictures or video! Infact all ive ever seen her do outside of the office is lazily stroll through the halls watching videos or talking on the phone. SHAMEFUL. Unless u don't mind families of mice rummaging through your items, and an all around filthy property, id choose another location as i will also be doing.

Unloading and assembly of furniture was pulled off without a hitch (except for the fact that they had to hand carry the couch up to the 3rd floor because it wouldn't fit in the elevator). It was clean, organized, and Christine was the person I met when I got there. She was very nice and was very patient in helping me understand the process and what I like to call "Storage Lit" was a very pleasureable experience for me. I wound up getting a rental that day and it was super easy. I highly recommend this place and will save you the leg work... the others in the White Plains area are dingy, smelly, and are old so there is lots of dust and smelly carpets. This place cannot wven compare to the others! Ask for the deals they currently have. You get a nice break in the beginning but your contract will go to regular pricing once you have determined the package you get. You will be very happy here!
