This place is the bare minimum. There are no lights in the storage spaces, and mice are running around. The storage does have a lot of vertical space because of its high ceilings, so the price isn't too bad for the space. There is also no temperature control. This place is decent enough in regards to customer service. However, the entire building is literally INFESTED with mice. On several separate occasions while sitting in front of my unit sorting things, i've watched MULTIPLE mice scurrying through the halls and running in zig zags from unit to unit. the scariest part of seeing this regularly, is that its gone from a thing id only see in the evening to it happening as early as 1pm in the afternoon!! I complained of it to 'Aliya' in the office and her response was its the fault of customers who 'may' be storing food... I thought, fair enough. But immediately thought about the amount of time i spend there, (i use it as an office/safe meetup location for transactions) so i spend ALOT of time there during their office hours and in THREE entire months, i have never ever seen anyone cleaning, sweeping, NOTHING!! Aside of course from ONCE on the 1st floor only which coincidentally was just a day before their boss showed up! Im no expert, but im quite sure the lack of cleaning contributes to the infestation in a enormous way. I mentioned the lack of cleaning to the girl aliya and she made it clear that she has no issue boldly lying because she responded by saying she cleans daily!! LIE!!!!!! There are tissues and scraps of paper throughout the floors that are over a month old and in the same spots which i have documented daily with either pictures or video! Infact all ive ever seen her do outside of the office is lazily stroll through the halls watching videos or talking on the phone. SHAMEFUL. Unless u don't mind families of mice rummaging through your items, and an all around filthy property, id choose another location as i will also be doing. read more

Only 1 elevator for entire building, building is very big, many people trying to move stuff in/out on different floors with 1 elevator. Staff at front desk very helpful with questions, directions, etc. Building old, storage areas need updating/renovating. Prices are fair for unit sizes. read more

Went to help my mom move some items into storage preparing for her upcoming surgery and as soon as I opened the door to her unit, I was greeted to a rotting mouse corpse. Mice shit everywhere. I was promised to pay $124.00 per month for a storage unit 4X10. public storage went back on their word and charged me twice for the amount of $165.00 for the months of July and August 2023. That's a total of $40.00 per month more than what I was supposed to be paying. I feel that I had over stayed my welcome after being there for a few years. And when we vacated at 10 AM on the first of the month after speaking to an employee on the 31st and then telling us it was fine, they want us to pay the entire month. It's supposedly climate controlled but it's not. During summer, inside the container gets so hot, you can barely breathe. They also increase their rate every year by 20%! Not happy with this public storage. read more

This is an excellent storage facility, with great prices and great customer service. I shopped around the area looking for a good clean place at a price I was comfortable with. Here I found it. Similar places offered the same sized unit but this one offered that same sized unit, which was heated and on the ground level. Aside from these I couldn't have asked for better service from the team of Crystal, Aliyah and Chanel. They explained everything clearly about renting and paying for my unit, offered various boxes I may need to help with my moving and were quick to get me a cart each time I arrived with new items. The staff is helpful and facility is clean. I moved in in December 2014 and by June 2015 I was informed the rent for the unit would double, no explanations, no improvements to service, nothing additional. I was told that they have the right to increase the rent as they pleased without any explanation or justification. I called customer service and spoke with them as well as the District Manager Mr. Singh and I was told there was nothing they could do. I offered to pay a year in advance if they kept my rent at the same rent, not even that helped. They'd rather have an empty unit then keep a loyal customer. I decided to move out rather than pay double the rent for the same unit, their loss. read more

The units could use some upgrading, but the patience, helpfulness and friendliness of the employees far outweighs the looks of this place. The problem is the infrastructure of Public Storage, masterminded by upper management and the founders. Yes, the underpaid workers at the desk try their best. It's when the Public Storage system bites into you for a late payment or the increase in rent or the hidden fee's, god help us if we need to use the insurance(!) or the lovely locker lock set-up, that's when everything blows up in your face. It would be easier to stomach if the upper management offered top service, but that's not the case. When needed phone calls are not answered, and the canned company response is "we don't know" or "we're working on it" is weak. One more company structured to beautiful take in money making sure monthly management goals are met with no accountable upper management customer service structure in site. read more

On the phone they say the unit is $29, what they don't tell you its additional monthly fees of $9 for a lock and another monthly fee of $9 for insurance. Late one day, its another $20. I like the unit and the location well enough, but today marks the second time in 18 months that the company raised my rates without notifying me in advance. They should provide customers a minimum of two months' notice so we have time to decide if we want to close the account and move elsewhere. Very impersonal, very unfair to customers. read more

I made a reservation online and they tell me 2 days later that they can't honor the online price because it had been 4 days (it had been 2) and I didn't confirm when they called me (they never called). Then, they sold ALL contents of my unit at auction July 28th without proper notice to me - without telling me it was going to Auction! This local facility increased rent for 1-month, then adjusted it back down but left a 50 cent balance. 24-days later they TOOK everything, based on their own rigged accounting, without providing me ANY statement balance of a mysterious remaining charge in July. They SOLD ALL MY LIFELONG BELONGINGS without telling me they were going to Auction. Employee then told me I could buy-back my items for $10,000.00 but I had to "go thru them". Manager said the same thing. Was this a rigged? I was told by other employee I was targeted because "I was white". STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. i AM WARNING YOU. read more
