But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! Well Jason saved the day! I could not be more grateful! If there were 10 stars, I would give them!

Jeff called back to confirm the time he would be there and was pleasant professional and just phenomenal. They seemed like they could help us with a very time sensitive delivery to our customer. In the end the customer needed the delivery to happen after 2pm - and very rudely she replied "Well we just can't help you". Being in the customer service business and dealing with our continuously time changing client (who was very unaccommodating to us), I did not once loose my cool and speak to my client unprofessionally. So in turn I expected a bit more professionalism with Lynn. We would've given them such good business - too bad their service was subpar!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would…read more I hired this company for a move to Phoenix. After the move was completed, I realized my PS4 and PS5 were missing. When I contacted Mike about it, instead of helping resolve the situation, he claimed he didn't know the person responsible because he had only hired him. That doesn't change the fact that the individual was working under his company and handling my belongings. I gave Mike multiple opportunities to address the issue. Rather than taking responsibility, investigating what happened, or attempting to make things right, he blocked me and stopped communicating. When I reached out again, he ignored my concerns. After I informed him that I would be pursuing legal action, I still received no meaningful response. At the end of the day, customers hire a company, not individual movers. The people a business sends into your home are a direct reflection of that business. If items go missing during a move, the company should take the matter seriously and work toward a resolution. That did not happen here. My property was stolen, and I was left with no help, no accountability, and no resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
