After calling Attic crew, they delivered a standout experience and have seemingly solved our issue. Specifically, Juan Grattan led our project and I highly recommend him. On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

The company has a stated "no-show" policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future.
