Cigarette butts and nails

I used Kitsap Roof Pros to put vents in my roof. They put their ladder in my gutter and ruined it, even nailed it halfway back to my house with roofing nails. They set off all my fire alarms and instead of calling me, broke into my house and slammed all of my fire alarms on the floor with the batteries all over the place. The gutters were full of roofing nails and camel crush cigarette butts. They denied everything, deleted my review on Google. Incredibly unprofessional. I cancelled my roofing job with them on my other property.

He also worked with us when the total price was higher when we included new gutters, getting us to the price we wanted to see late on a Friday afternoon to effect a quick smooth contract signature process. Integrity was able to provide turnkey services that included a skylight replacement, some painting\caulking of gable boards before the new gutters were installed, replaced a lot more roof boards than expected due to venting issues we were unaware of, and had all Integrity employees in company trucks, except for the gutters, which John had identified as subs that were also very professional and fast. Bella was also excellent in coordinating our requested timeframe due to visitors. Alex then took over as the Project Manager with excellent communications on the process and updates throughout the project that went amazingly fast, with Jose's professional\courteous crew knocking it off in just 2 days by working late when was expected so we didn't have to worry about wet boards\leaks under our underlayment\new shingles. Jose also communicated really well, accommodated our cars needing to get in\out and his crew installed a lot of new boards that weren't expected due to an unknown venting issue. Alex effectively communicated what Jose was seeing, but they just didn't do the many additional board replacements in the short timeframe through their hard work, but had the knowledge and expertise to fix the root venting issue, by adding bird block vents to enhance the ventilation to prevent future issues. This experience reinforced our confidence that selecting Integrity as clearly the best company through their literature, significantly warranties and we have the confidence they will be around if we had any warranty issues, where most of the other options were either further away or smaller operations that who-knows if they would be there in the long future. The only thing that did not go perfectly was that despite originally covering our plants as the old roof was removed and doing a great job on clean-up, two of our boxwoods had something come down on them that severely browned one and created an unsightly patch on another , which was never explained. The contract noted this as a risk, that Integrity was not responsible for, but it seemed that either covering them longer during the process or avoiding whatever was sprayed or fell on them, would have stopped the problem. However, we were so pleased with the overall job, top quality work and materials used, if that was the worst thing that happened on this large job, we were still very happy and fully recommend Integrity!

The project manager Jason explained things as they were happening. The foreman Juan kept the crew moving. And we were so impressed by the project coordinator, Bella, who made sure the supplies came quickly when unforeseen issue arose with the project. Great job! Very thankful for Integrity.

I can't say enough good things about the level of care and respect they had for my home, yard & property during the replacement process. I personally think you can learn a lot about a company by noticing how they choose to conduct the work itself. Their job site was well organized and at the end of each working day, they left things super tidy, organized and out of the way for us in the evenings. It is the attention to worksite details like that which I believe can't help but spring from, and translate into, the quality of the workmanship itself. Only the test of weather/time can truly show that a roof is well installed, but I have no doubt that ours is and I know that Pepe & Chris and their crew will stand by their work if any issue should ever arise in the future. Highly recommend them on.

My house could use a facelift so I called for a quote. I don't own my home so all I was willing to do was the outside window and screen cleaning and the home owner covered the gutter cleaning that was desperately needed. The first visit with Sunny, he was very honest and I felt the price quoted was fair. Then I scheduled the apt and even during Covid someone took my call promptly and scheduled us soon as possible. I know the summer months are busy for them so it was a few weeks out but I was willing to wait since it's not the rainy season. The guy who came out (his name escapes me right now) was professional, polite and did a great job! He was here early and done quicker than expected and did a great job! I'm so happy with my clean windows and screens! I'm an avid bird and squirrel watcher so these little things matter to me. And I hate doing windows! I give 5 stars! And when I own my home I plan on setting up with the monthly pay plan and having them clean the gutters 2 x year and do the moss treatment on my roof etc. I highly recommend!

They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If yelp would allow it I would give them zero stars.

5 Stars - Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! From…read morethe initial inspection to the final cleanup, my experience with this roofing company was exceptional. The entire process reflected professionalism, expertise, transparency, and an impressive commitment to customer satisfaction. The experience began with a comprehensive inspection of both the roof and attic, complete with photographs, videos, and a detailed report explaining the findings. Rather than pushing for an immediate roof replacement, Justin walked me through the options for repair versus full replacement, explaining the advantages, considerations, and costs associated with each. Once I made the decision, he helped me choose shingle quality and materials while clearly explaining warranty coverage and what to expect throughout the project. His communication was responsive, transparent, and consistently professional. The roofing crew was equally great. From moving furniture and plants on my deck to removing the existing roof, installing the new roof, and final cleanup, Stephan and his team demonstrated efficiency, attention to detail, and respect for my property. The cleanup was meticulous. What truly set this experience apart from my other home improvement projects was the exceptional communication and a genuine commitment to doing the job right. Stephan and the entire team exceeded my expectations at every stage. I could not be more pleased with the finished roof or the overall experience. I recommend this company to anyone seeking quality roofing work, reasonable prices, communication, and a team that delivers on its promises.

I am writing to express our disappointment with how our property was treated during the recent…read moreroofing project Cloise and Mike Construction, Inc. provided. While the roof itself appears to be well done, the condition in which our property was treated and left is unacceptable. During the course of the work, your crew drove over shrubbery in our backyard in order to fit vehicles, smashing them flat and causing damage to the established landscaping. They also cut limbs from a tree we planted years ago as a memorial, leaving it disfigured. At no point were we asked for permission to cut any limbs or shrubs, nor were we informed that this had been done--we discovered the damage on our own afterward. The limbs were not properly removed but instead discarded onto other vegetation, leaving us to clean up the debris. Additionally, plants were cut back to accommodate vehicles in the rear driveway, and several bushes were run over and flattened. Old plywood removed from the roof was thrown onto our deck, landing on outdoor furniture. Crew members also walked through and stood in garden areas, trampling new spring bulbs. We were particularly surprised to find that a log had been dragged out of the forest and onto our lawn for use as a seat during break time, and then left there for us to remove. We understand that roofing can be a messy job with missed nails on the ground or some debris that had blown into bushes etc., but we chose to work with a small, local business in hopes of receiving more care and respect for our home and property. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected that expectation.

I hired NP Exteriors to install my roof and gutters in 2018…read more They were one of the more expensive bids I got, but I just had a good feeling about them, and I was right. They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves). More so, a couple years later, when I was getting chimney work done, it was noted I had a leak along my chimney. I contacted NP exeriors, they came out to look and had the issue corrected within a few days.

We have a 35 year old house that has cedar siding.  The south end takes a beating between the…read morewinter "Pineapple Express" storms and the summer sun.  Over time, even though it was painted regularly, the siding failed.  Finding some rot last summer, we decided to have this south end's siding replaced.  Do we select cedar again or something like James Hardie "HardiePlank"? Although I'm now retired, I worked for a company that was the major supplier of wood cellulose to James Hardie USA.  I was the salesman to Hardie.  Knowing what I know of HardiePlank, I decided to go with something "bullet proof" that could stand up to the harsh elements we have on that end of the house and offer a warranty. Doing on-line research, I saw that many said they could install Hardie products, but only a few were rated "Elite Preferred" by James Hardie. My memory of Hardie was the product failures are mostly caused by improper handling and installation.  Having the siding installed by manufacturer standards was important to me. A few "Elite Preferred" siding contractors came out to give is a bid.  Kurt of Northern Pacific did their bid.  He was so informative!  Due to my past relationship with James Hardie, I am not the "normal" Hardie customer.   Kurt was the most direct and clear - no sales bluster.  On that basis, I chose Northern Pacific. This was comparatively a small job and they were able to squeeze it in just before Thanksgiving.  I was concerned it would be done in the late Fall with risk of weather damage when the side was opened up.  A few my nervous calls to Michelle (NP's general manager) assured me all would be done with out rain risk.  Just before the install date, Ben (the site foreman) came to do some final job scoping.  He was also very good and clear in answering my many questions and concerns. The crew who did the install was first rate.  They really hustle!  The cedar siding tear down did reveal some damage to the under plywood sheeting and even the structural house frame due to years of moisture getting through the wood siding.  The crew  replaced the plywood and did repairs to the rotty house frame.  The City of Olympia inspector checked the game plan off before it was done.  Within about 3 days it was done start to finish. Care was even given to make sure the profile of the new lap siding matched the pattern of siding on the adjacent side.  Visually, they look the same. Real craftsmen! The yard was clean when they were done and no damage to the house plants.  That end of the house looks super! If I had one word to summarize the Northern Pacific Exteriors experience, it is communication.  What was promised was delivered.  My many, many questions were answered. Ben the foreman often sought me out to give me a progress update as the job was being done.  Considering the rot found, this was especially helpful.  Daily, Michelle would call to ask me how the day's work went. We totally recommend Northern Pacific and will use them again should the need arise.
