Integrity was selected as John were clearly the best in the quoting process! He used a drone to give us a visual of the entire roof, and then was the only one of 5 potential vendors to climb up in the attic to look from underneath the roof, as well as look up into a crawlspace, thoroughly explaining why Malarkey was the best shingle, and the Integrity advantages in process and warranties that are significantly better than other companies. He also worked with us when the total price was higher when we included new gutters, getting us to the price we wanted to see late on a Friday afternoon to effect a quick smooth contract signature process. Integrity was able to provide turnkey services that included a skylight replacement, some painting\caulking of gable boards before the new gutters were installed, replaced a lot more roof boards than expected due to venting issues we were unaware of, and had all Integrity employees in company trucks, except for the gutters, which John had identified as subs that were also very professional and fast. Bella was also excellent in coordinating our requested timeframe due to visitors. Alex then took over as the Project Manager with excellent communications on the process and updates throughout the project that went amazingly fast, with Jose's professional\courteous crew knocking it off in just 2 days by working late when was expected so we didn't have to worry about wet boards\leaks under our underlayment\new shingles. Jose also communicated really well, accommodated our cars needing to get in\out and his crew installed a lot of new boards that weren't expected due to an unknown venting issue. Alex effectively communicated what Jose was seeing, but they just didn't do the many additional board replacements in the short timeframe through their hard work, but had the knowledge and expertise to fix the root venting issue, by adding bird block vents to enhance the ventilation to prevent future issues. This experience reinforced our confidence that selecting Integrity as clearly the best company through their literature, significantly warranties and we have the confidence they will be around if we had any warranty issues, where most of the other options were either further away or smaller operations that who-knows if they would be there in the long future. The only thing that did not go perfectly was that despite originally covering our plants as the old roof was removed and doing a great job on clean-up, two of our boxwoods had something come down on them that severely browned one and created an unsightly patch on another , which was never explained. The contract noted this as a risk, that Integrity was not responsible for, but it seemed that either covering them longer during the process or avoiding whatever was sprayed or fell on them, would have stopped the problem. However, we were so pleased with the overall job, top quality work and materials used, if that was the worst thing that happened on this large job, we were still very happy and fully recommend Integrity! read more

Asked Integrity Roofing for a quote for a roof leak so we could get going on the repair. Every intention to use them. Their estimator came out and told us he would give us the estimate "over the weekend or by Monday." Didn't hear from him or the company for two weeks. We called and double-checked our email address with the office, and let her know we never received the estimate. Still no estimate, and it's been nearly a month. We've moved on. read more

Alex and his team dumped dozens of screws and nails in my drainpipes and driveway. I have Alex on camera walking up my drive and scattering 3" nails across it. One of his guys stood up blocking a camera while he did this but I have 2 other cameras on that area. Contacted them on 1/29/26, no reply. I had to pay to have my property magnetically swept and my drainpipes cleared. I have cancer and am on chemo. Now I have to worry about getting a flat tire on my way to the hospital? Evil. read more

Updating my review. So we mailed a check for final payment. Not the best thing to do with that large an amount. They have other jobs nearby and could have easily come by and picked it up, but no offer to do that. They suggested we could call another employe and ' arrange a meeting, ' More time and inconvenience for us. We received acknowledgment and a receipt for the check via email. It was a standard form email with absolutely no personal note whatsoever. Just boilerplate. Would have been nice to have been thanked for choosing their company and paying them a LARGE amount of money. Kinda like the old days when businesses were operated with the customer in mind. Also received a second email from another employe, again boilerplate, asking to take 7 min. for a review - ( with canned answers ). Not one personal note of any kind in the emails, just cut and paste forms, clicked and sent. If you want to be treated as just another wad of money in the companies coffers; have at it. Just keep in mind you are just another notch in their schedule not a real life person spending a great deal of hard earned money on their service. Not recommended. read more

We paid Integrity for our TPO roof back in 2019. We had one repair done a couple years later by Juan and there was no charge. Then, this last winter a branch punctured the TPO membrane during a storm. The size of the hole is smaller than a dime. Nick Dickerson of Integrity came out and gave us a quote of $650 for the repairs. The price seems ridiculous. Needless to say, I would not advise using this company. read more

Sloppy. This is how they painted all our new work. Overspray everywhere. They Painted our brand new CLEAR porch roofing white. Our black shingles are painted white on the underside where you can see. There's paint spilled all over our decks. Parts that were supposed to get paint didn't. I would not have used them if I knew I was going to pay for them to paint and then have to pay someone to repaint my house because of their sloppy work. read more

Their prices were competitive and upfront, other companies wanted to start low and see what else would need to be done. The job itself was done quickly, and the workers were very professional. I had talked with the foreman of the job site and he was able to explain what to expect for that day and was happy to answer any questions I had. After the job was done for the day, the workers would do an equally amazing job of cleaning up everything. I'm building a shed and had finished the metal panels but realized that the ridge cap and gable trim would be difficult for me because the metal roofing was slippery. I figured that falling off the roof would be painful and expensive, so I convinced myself I needed to hire someone to finish it. I had the materials so all I needed was the expertise. I had a good experience with Integrity several years ago with my house roof and emailed Tanner to tell him what I had and ask if he could help. He immediately replied that he forwarded my email to Tova, who, within minutes, sent me a contract. About a week later I had a date for the work. A week after that, Louis and Louis arrived. Louis and Louis (yes, two of them) arrived and reviewed the work. They had never seen the GR2 gable trim before so they sought advice. That was exactly my expectation. Thank you Louis and Louis! We hired Integrity to remodel our master bath. Worst experience ever!! This project started in October of 2022 and we fired them in June of 2023. We were impressed with Integrity throughout our project, from our first meeting with John, the sales person, who was very informative, friendly, and did not push us for extras to the supervisors Alex, who checked in with us everyday, and Ciro who oversaw the crew, who worked incredibly hard. What a work ethic! At every step, Integrity wanted to be sure we knew exactly what was going on and if we had any concerns. Because it was dark the last day, when they finished and did the cleanup, Integrity sent two people to review the work and site the next morning. When their crew accidentally took a tarp that was already here, Alex brought a brand new one to us. Finally, their final invoice matched their bid to the penny. This review represents my complete dis satisfaction with Integrity Roofing. When I received the bid it was in the same price as competitors. They were local and had somewhat of good reference; we started to make dates for completing the project. The first time they came out they set up on the wrong building. Then they pushed back date because of the rain. They quoted me for 2 days. And it became 4 days as they arrived, yet what they charged escalated from their bid of $21,088 to over 32K. My other problems were: damage to a fence, a missing a skylight screen, downspouts left damaged and disconnected, a neighbors broken canopy. To their benefit they fixed the down spouts a week later, and the owner Tanner came to discuss the bid. He was very rude. Then he came down 5k; it seemed like chicken scratch accounting and in an email they said their system could not account for the change order; here's the catch. I never authorized a change order which was in our contract for huge price changes. Then he acted like he was doing me a favor. Get Real Tanner! He wanted me to sign a non-disclosure agreement because one of his roofers took a hot dump in my yard, and it was on a game camera. He couldn't get a Honey Bucket or use one of the many bathrooms on my property? The charge being so far from the original bid. The damage and huge waste of time I would not recommend this company from my experience. Still, the ground level workers worked hard so no disrespect. He then put a lien on my home even though I sent him a check for the agreed upon price. Proceed with caution. read more

We signed contract with Integrity 15 Oct 2020 and sent the deposit the same day. We received an email stating they will be start beginning of Dec depending on issues. We understand construction issues and have no issues working around them. Cody was our Project Manager and informed us week by week why we were not being scheduled and would not tell me when we would be on the schedule. Cody even came back to the house to re-familiarize himself with the project because it had been so long since he was here. I called twice, spoke with Trisha, and requested to speak with an owner or someone beside Cody as he was not returning calls/txts, and was told she would have the owner call me. Both times Cody called back rather than an owner to explain why Integrity could not begin our project. I never received any communication from Integrity besides Cody, Trisha and Brian. On Apr 9, Cody tells me someone walked on flooring that they have just completed and they will have to re-due the flooring, but we are next on the schedule. The following Thursday I call to confirm Integrity will begin and Cody's mailbox is full and cannot except messages, nice. I text Cody and received no answer. Friday, 16 Apr 2021, I call the office to see if they can ask Cody if he will be at our house Monday. Brian answers the phone and says he understands my concern and will see what the lack of communication is, then puts me on hold. Trisha picks up the phone and says Integrity will call back and straighten out the problem. Brian calls back and informs me Integrity is canceling the contract and makes the point of explaining to me that Integrity is not required contractually to give me a reason for canceling. He did followed up with an email and asked if I had any questions to let him know. I replied asking why Integrity is canceling. Surprise, I never got a response. I believe our issue was that the project I was too small at $25,000 and there was more money in larger renovations. Integrity held our deposit of $7746 for 183 days before canceling without explanation. read more
