Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. Born was very personable and professional, explaining every step he would take and why it was important. He injected poison into the walls of the house where the colony had set up residence, sprayed in the crawl space, and did a perimeter spray. Boy, was that effective! Yesterday we killed over 100 carpenter ants who fled into the house to escape the poison, and thankfully the numbers have tapered off quite a bit today. Not thinking Mathis would be any different, after hearing a commercial for them on the radio, I thought "what could it hurt?". After their FIRST visit in April, the ants were reduced by about 90% - I was shocked. After their second visit in May, I've not seen a single ant in our house since. We are on a quarterly schedule with them, and they always inquire if we're having any particular problems. Our other pest companies did not ask that during their quarterly visits. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.
