We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. The estimate seemed very reasonable, and although the scope expanded once they started (due to mold and faulty prior ventilation ductwork), the additional costs were also fairly priced (and less than I anticipated). Tony and his crew were punctual, polite, professional, and diligent. They protected everything from the front door to the work zone and left the area clean afterward. They created a new access panel for us, thoroughly cleaned a rather challenging crawlspace (affected by rodents and mold), sealed everything to prevent future intrusions, replaced all the old insulation with new, and corrected the ductwork. I had them do…read morerodent services in my crawl space and around the exterior of my home. 5 years after receiving services, in 2021, not a month after I found out I was pregnant with my only child, that my doctor's told me would be hard to convince, and during COVID they suggested the only a crawl space clean out and some repairs to my crawl space. I was high risk due to my age and COVID, I was fearful to have anyone enter my spaces at home as I was not going in public unless necessary. My son was born later that year and time passed. No other suggestions of crawl space clean out or any repairs. Last month I wanted to install a HVAC unit and the contractor said that they couldn't do the project until my crawl space was taken care of, they found a rat in a trap and other rodent issues they deemed unfit for their staff. The condition of my crawl space is bad, installation in areas ruined, vapor barrier torn in places, burrow holes, feces. Sound Pest Control is taking not any responsibility, washed their hands clean of it. After all the years of paying them to mitigate a rodent problem they failed me. Basically laying traps and refilling them for over 10 years with nothing more. They say no contracts but be warned you should because everything should be in writing. Especially with how the turn over is with their staff. No accountability.

Jereme from Bulwark came and and was friendly and understood the task of getting this huge (basketball size nest) out of the tree. It was toward the top of the tree and he got to down, sprayed the area of the tree and also the bees that fell down. He picked up the nest and took it away. The entry points were tightly sealed up and the whole job was sprayed and sanitized. The repair work was documented and the Insulation was compliant and installed properly. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Problems throughout: -Did not complete contracted work, left job site without cleanup, unresponsive to follow-up calls. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.

Additionally the tech was to complete an Exclusion Survey consisting of an inspection of the building for rodent, bird, and other pest access points and infestation damage, and an itemized price quotation for each of the specific repairs or corrections that are needed. Our technician informed us he found no entry points, set some traps and left without providing any paperwork. We still had rodent issues, nothing was caught. The office said that the technician noted we should check out the roof adjointments and bird blocks. This was never mentioned verbally or in the written report. On my day off, I searched all along the property and found several entry points at ground level and on the second floor roof. I'm not sure why after spending 2 hours on property, the technician couldn't find these easy identifiable points of entry. We hired them for their expertise and because we just didn't have the time to do the work! I have since sealed up every point of entry I found. I've reported this back to the office and they still do not take any accountability. After $600 bucks down the drain with this company, we're looking for someone else. In summary, I'm upset with the poor service provided and poor communication that if done up front probably could've resulted in some rodents captured. Now I have to find another company after wasting $600 bucks with this company for zero results.
