I purchased a home in 2021 in Kitsap County. We are first-time home buyers, and after touring many homes that at one point may have had a bug or rodent infestation, we decided that one of the first things to check off our list was to get a pest control service. We had some ants outside, and I dislike those little buggers, so that was my original reason for having the pest control service come out.
Taylor came out and toured the property. Even though we had purchased a home that was newly manufactured, he made some recommendations to change the size of the wire mesh that went into our underhouse crawl space. This was a fantastic idea and something I would have never thought to have done. He was able to complete the work on this project extremely quickly, which was a bonus! Another cool thing was that while he was under the house for the first time doing the initial inspection, he noticed a small pool of water. We had just moved in and had only used the running water a handful of times, so it was concerning. I was able to get a plumber to come look at the area, and it turns out that the person who installed the original piping for the plumbing had installed that piece incorrectly. Long story short, this saved us quite a bit of money, headache, and stress in having this be identified early on. I wasn't going to crawl under my house any time soon, and due to the location of the leak, it was sure to have gone unnoticed until it was a huge problem.
He took care of the ants too, and continues to do maintenance for them. My neighborhood has a lot of construction going on, so the pest level varies. I am confident in Crain Pest Control and I know that they are looking out for what is best for my property.
Not only is Crain Pest Control extremely professional and budget-friendly, but the quality of the work is a step above the rest. I continue to use this service to this day and highly recommend them. read more
