JENNIFER, Thank you! Myself & the girls really enjoyed our wine tasting with you! You had lots of fun info for us! The ambiance of the animals everywhere was so much fun. Can't wait to see you next time!

YOU CANT MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE! From every pour we got throughout our tastings were AMAZING! I love that you got to pick what wines you wanted to taste and let me tell you all they only got better and better. Ask for Dawn, she was personable, knowledgeable, and truly made the experience unforgettable! We signed up for the wine club and were not pressured to do so and we are excited to know we can always change what wines we want on each shipment. The Roo Krew was super cute to visit all 9 of their kangaroos!

We came here on a Sunday for one of their wine pick up events. Our friends are members. This winery was absolutely amazing. Place was poppin! So much hustle and bustle and vibes were just on point. We got to do a wine tasting of 4 wines. They took care of us relatively quickly. Their wines were full bodied and smooth. I did not try anything that I didn't like. They also had a lot of complimentary food to include berries, charcuterie and turkey sliders. You can def spend an entire afternoon here and leave 100% satisfied.

Had the best time at Safari Winery today. Serefina walked us through a tasting and was so kind and informative! Will be back!

We stopped by Safari Winery on our anniversary and had such a great experience. It was our first visit and ended up being one of the highlights of our day. Peggy was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tasting even better by walking us through the wines and their complex flavors in a way that was easy to appreciate. The whole experience felt welcoming and relaxed. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Jennifer at Safari winery made our experience absolutely amazing!!! Their sweet Red is phenomenal.. the wines were all out of this world. Try the Kawaha and the Malbec for bold reds.. they will not disappoint. Of all the wineries we have been ti in Frederickburg which is a lot.. they have the most friendly membership as well. You get to pic your wines! Such a rare find. Beautiful place.. great atmosphere... excellent wines.

We all fell in love with one of their Rosés -- easily one of our favorites of the day. Plus, we had a private room all to ourselves, and it was the cutest space, with a charming book wall and unique rustic decor. It made the whole experience feel intimate and perfect for our group. I also love that Barelle is a woman-owned vineyard, and all the wines they produce and serve come from female winemakers. It's such a great touch that makes me want to support them even more. All in all, Barelle Vineyards nailed it for us. Great wine, an amazing vibe, and fantastic service. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I'll definitely be back!

This winery (actually a tasting facility) is a little different from the normal wineries in and…read morearound Fredricksburg. It doesn't offer any Texas wines. All of their wines are brought in from Italy from a family winery in Tuscany. The Andreucci family has been making wine for over two centuries. According to their history, in 1810 the quartermaster for the French Army purchased wine from the Andreucci family to serve Napoleon's troops while they were in Italy. A reproduction of the receipt issued by the French Army is shown on the label of a number of their wines. Even back then they had a reputation for making exceptional wines. The facility is small and very bright and open, with a bar for tasting and seating ares as well. It is adjacent to the Alstadt Brewery along 290 and easy to get to. Plenty of parking is available as well. We were greeted by a lovely Italian woman (Erica) who served as our sommelier. She was an energetic and vibrant person who fully described all the nuances of each of the 5 wines we tasted. While some wineries offer a pre-defined list of tasting options, Andreucci has you select 5 wines from their entire offering list. I am more of a red wine drinker (though I do also like some whites) and my wife prefers whites, so it made for a nice option to be able to select what we wanted individually. I selected the Black Label Cabernet, Montepulciano, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Grillo. My wife also chose the Chardonnay and Grillo, as well as the Donna Alma, Primitivo, and Prosecco. Erica even brought out a sample of some amazing cheese to try with the red offering. Perfecto! All the wines we tasted were very good, and we settled on purchasing a bottle of the Black Label Cabernet and one of the Grillo. They offer a wine club membership (as most all wineries do now) and offer a red club, white club, and premium club option. No membership fees. We will definitely return to this lovely location and try some additional wines next time!

I guess since they moved, their numerous customers have followed them, as the new building ( very nicely done) can take more people now. I'm sure they have their familiar faces who got larger samples, as I noticed. When brought to the attention of the person who appeared to be in charge, he just said," I would have to charge you more, if you want more." It was perhaps meant as a joke, but I didn't think it was funny. While the wine is good especially Nobilo Black Label, this kind of business should never consider a walk in as inferior customer. EACH customer is a potential return customer, a potential member of their elite "wine club"....! One can never assume .... They have enough business that my negative comment will not affect them. After 5 years of visiting this winery, I will go elsewhere.

At that time, there was nothing going on and nothing growing so we decided to come back around when spring was happening. So this time around, definitely more popular, more cars and people wanting to check the place out. Essentially I was expecting this to be more of a field of flowers. But, it's basically that (although there wasn't much of it yet, just some flowers to see) and garden decor, pots, gifts, wine, pickled things, plants and LOTS of wildflower seeds to plant at home. The plants, some were decently priced, most were a little pricier. Just depends on which ones. Majority of the ones we wanted were a little better price wise vs going to home depot, at least we think so! We walked around the adventure trail (since it was free) to get some steps in and have the kids burn some of their energy out while roaming around (minus my toddler, she would want to run away and fast haha so I changed my mind on that idea). The trail itself was open, spacious and a great way to get some fresh air. You can be lucky enough to catch some glimpses of some flowers that could be sprouting out even though there's not much! The shops: they had different types of store fronts, one for food/snack/pickled items alongside a small cafe where you can order beer and wine, another for more accessories, clothing and some planting items too! They had standing wine tasting area near the trail walking area if you want to walk around with some wine. Parking: so much parking, so definitely not to worry although I can image it being more difficult when the flowers really bloom in their field.
