Ivan and Michael also greeted me on the other end, utilizing the same qualities to deliver my items as well as arrange them. When I wasn't sure where to put something, they were great at recommending places. And when I wanted to change an item's location, they were amenable to that as well. They were so kind and good-humored, and made heavy lifting look easy. I was very happy that none of my many fragile items arrived broken or damaged. Kudos also to Drago, the rep who answered my initial call, listened carefully to my needs and said he'd assign me the best crew. Emily handled my concerns with professionalism, fairness, and real diligence. She could not have been nicer. She listened, took the issues seriously, and worked through them in a way that felt fair and respectful. My original concerns about the move itself remain what they were. But I also recognize that any business of this size can occasionally have a bad crew or a bad experience in the field. What matters is how the company responds when that happens. Here, the response after the move was excellent. Credit is due where credit is due: the post-move customer service, especially from Emily, was outstanding.
