Emails were responded to quickly, but I did not have luck connecting via phone or leaving a voice mail with Alex. I was a little worried that maybe I was making the wrong a mistake after being bombarded by calls and emails from other Yelp moving vendors, but I know it was the right choice! The job estimate was 5-6 hours based on the my inventory and the job finished in 5. Eugene called the night before with an estimated start time, sent a text the morning of with a 30 minute warning, and arrived on time. My crew consisted on Eugene, Serge & Nazar. I did a walk through with Eugene upon arrival of the rooms and items that would be moved and to where at the new location. Upon arrival at my new home, we again walked through to ensure the team understood the labeling on the boxes and home layout. When in doubt, the team asked instead of just dumping boxes in the wrong place. Prior to leaving Eugene asked if I wanted anything moved to different rooms,and straightened out my area rug after the furniture was already placed on it. They carefully wrapped furniture and mattresses with their supplies at no additional charge prior to moving, and removed the wrap and trash from the new home. Bonus: Nothing broken, damaged or lost! These guys were polite, professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend and would hire them again.

We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. They forgot to pack the contents of kitchen drawer and miscellaneous household items. The packaging they did was poor. items were simply tossed in box and therefore damaged during transport. The worst part was the delivery crew, their disregard for the items was astonishing (no stars). Several items were mishandled therefore dropped causing breakage and irreparable damaged. We did not receive all items and one most important a package with family pictures has not beed retrieved.

The final total was close to double what was quoted and delivery was over a week late. We knew the price was based on weight, so fair enough, but our things were weighted in CA and we had absolutely zero communications from the company after pickup. We were not told the final weight/price or delivery date until 9:45pm the day before delivery. We had air tags in our items and could see them setting in the same location in CA for over 2 weeks!! We called, emailed and texted and they were completely unresponsive and couldn't tell us when our things would arrive. When they called us at 9:45 pm to let us know they would be delivering the next day, they also said they only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. A request that is hard to accommodate on less then 24-hours notice. While unpacking we have found several boxes smashed, screws were stripped and over tightened on our bed frame and TV stand that they disassembled, and so far we've found 2 broken items. They've caused more stress, headache and damage than it is worth for the price and were completely unresponsive the whole time. I truly cannot recommend anyone hire this company.
