Sachi sushi has the best decor out of all the sushi places in Stuart. The lighting is perfect, the sushi bar is nice to sit at. Very comfortable and intimate for date night. Also they have private booths with curtains for extra intimate seating. Their sushi is pretty good. The reason I don't say great is that they put a little thicker rice in their sushi rolls and sometimes it's not as moist as it should be. This sounds weird but you'll see what I mean. They just make the rice in the bottom of their sushi rolls the thickest I've experienced. Doesn't mean it's bad just different. Just OK, but will not return. Have eaten there several times from both the cooked food menu and sushi menu. Nothing impressive for flavor. The last time we went my husband had the steak teriyaki. I walk in and the decor is charming with cute little private rooms to the right however all said and done the quality of the food is a dissapointment. Very sloppy.. the sushi rolls fall apart before you can even pick it up and freshness is almost questionable. This isn't a review about the food or restaurant itself, because I can say the food it good. But yesterday I went to eat there with my young son and ordered the spicy salmon roll then asked if they had a small salmon for my son because that's what he likes....was told they didn't have it. Instead was suggested to buy a kids bento box which my son didn't like (he's 4). Then I order takeout today speak to the same woman (I assume because she handed me my order when I walked in) order the same thing, but this time, I'm told that they do have small salmon rolls so I got that as well as pork dumplings (which was wrong). Went on a Saturday night, (granted it was September in Florida), and there were only about ten other diners there. Oh well, slow night we thought. The wifey and I both love sushi, so we ordered a variety to share. YUK! Publix has better sushi! The fish was obviously frozen and re-thawed before serving, and even the rice and sea weed were soggy. When I moved here from Miami I was searching for a really good Sushi place & learning my way around town. I had tried 4 others places before I found Sachi Sushi. Imagine my surprise when I realized it was right around the corner from me & a mile away...AND It was AWESOME! I quit my search because this restaurant is the best! ALWAYS really fresh & the chefs are really friendly & good about remembering you. (though I haven't seen the fellow from the Phillipines there lately & he was superb.) On occasion though, I have gotten one or two clue-less waitress' that had a bad case of short term memory loss & being attentive wasn't their strong suit. No matter, the sushi there is incredible & the Salmon is ALWAYS wonderful. I always ask for my dressing on the 'side' w/ my salad because sometimes it was drowning in it. Excellent family-run restaurant has fresh sushi in good-sized portions and very creative dishes coming out of the kitchen. The place is super clean which is of paramount importance to my wife. Happy hour is a nice touch. Ask for Quoudom or Noi at the sushi bar. A waitress is also named Noi. They are brother and sister. read more

Went to Sachi Sushi lastnight on our way home from a friends party. Pad Thai that my wife ordered was spicey, just as she requested. I ordered the regular chicken Pad Thai.My meal was so sweet, it was if someone in the kitchen worked for Willy Wonka.Just a sugary mess. I asked the waitress, very friendly I might add,for a different meal. She went and got the mananger.This guy had an attitude only his mother could love, as she kicked this little punk out of the house. Without question the worst sushi I've ever had. The fish in every roll had that unfresh fishy taste. Rolls were ridiculously large. Super-size rolls might appeal to the buffet crowd, but a very important aspect of sushi is it being delicate. Exact opposite at Sachi. Sushi simply fell apart too. Place was slow. Extremely disappointed with this place. I called the night before to tell them I was bringing 20 people in for happy hour and dinner at 4:30. The woman asked if I wanted to sit at the sushi bar and I said no, not at the bar but in the bar. She said OK we will work that out. I got there at 4:15 and told the young gentleman that I had a party of 20 coming in for happy hour/dinner. The first thing he told me was happy hour didn't start till 5:00! Then I had to point out that on their website it says 4-7, thank goodness I had the print-off with me in hand to show him! Then he insisted that we had to all sit around 2 separate bars on stools, we could not sit at the tables in the bar area?? Those were for dinner only and we could not get happy hour prices at the tables, only the bar stools! When we asked to speak to the manager he claimed he was on break and out of the building! So he called but he said under no circumstance would he change his rules! So I guess he figured with 20 people we would just bend to his rules, WRONG! I called Fresh Catch around the corner and in 5 minutes they had tables set up on their patio for us and gave we happy hour prices out there and we did not have to be in the bar! The service and food were both fantastic! The group was all able to talk and we had a fantastic time. Back to Sachi Sushi--NO back to Fresh Catch-YES! You guys lost money that night and the potential of 20 people who were anxious to try your place and now after that will never go! And we now have nothing good to say about it so you have 20 people spreading bad news about your management style--too bad! I didn't want to have to do this but they gave me no choice. Sachi is very over priced and is not all its cracked up to be. Every time I order I specifically say ABSOLUTELY NO SCALLIONS yet every time I receive my plate my rolls are loaded with scallions. Even if the roll doesn't even come with scallions they put it in amyway. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on food that is not what you order. I really do not like wasting plates of food so that also gives me a complex. I'm not going to sachi ever again because of this. I had a lot of hope and gave them multiple chances to make it up but I am constantly let down when my plate arrives messed up. The only thing that I will give them is the blushing geisha roll, that shit is fire but I'm sorry, too expensive. I'm sorry I had to do this to you sachi but you gave me no other choice.
